A young lady working there helped us navigate which machines and settings would work best. They have extra large commercial washing and dryer machines which is why we were there. There is a quarter machine that takes only bills up to 20 dollar denomination so leave the credit card and smart apps at home. If you forget your laundry soap, bleach or softener there is a cash only machine as well. They offer a drop off and pickup and drop off service which is a great for those without cars or unable to walk. It's clean, has large screen TV and small vending machine with a few snacks all costing just one dollar!

There is NEVER any attendant there on the weekends. You just list a hood customer. Very unprofessional to not call a customer back for weeks. The owner, Marc is a very pleasant person, he works hard to keep the place clean and the machines well maintained, he opens at 5 AM and they're open seven days a week. Plus, there is always someone there to help with any given situation. Some people don't know the first thing about how to do laundry, so don't believe every bad review that disgruntled mean people might leave. The large (triple) front loaders wring the clothes out to the point they're almost dry, that alone saves me a lot of money, I don't have to do multiple loads and spend hours in the dryers. I've never had a problem with the machines, or the service. The woman who works days is quiet, diligent and hard working, if you have a question, just ask. If you don't want to feel like you're being treated rudely, stop being rude. People who work in service positions aren't your personal servants, they do their best to give good customer service and they don't appreciate being abused or looked down on. As far as people coming at night, they have a cut off time for the last washer loads, so don't leave your laundry unattended at closing time. How would they know when and if you're coming back? They shouldn't have to stay late just for you, especially when you don't take their time seriously when you casually come back to fluff and fold whenever you feel like it.
