The couple of workers there are always upbeat and very pleasant I know Larry and didn't catch the name of the the woman who's station is in the extreme left! Never answer their phones. They seem too busy for the amount of people or resources they have. Needs new MGMT and help! Needs some UPS help!

This Post Office always does a great job with my P O Box mail. They were quick to resolve problems, forwarded my mail without difficulty, and called me personally to get things done. I am happy to give them the god review they deserve. Also the window clerks selling stamps are personable and quick. read more

Left a small priority mail box for pickup in my mailbox. 3 days later I go check my mail and the box is still there. This is probably the same carrier who stopped delivering my mail for a month before I got it straightened out. Where do these carriers come from? MARS????? read more

Worst postal service EVER!!! PERIOD. They NEVER pick up the phone, they are never friendly at the building, their website sucks, and the online tracking is never updated! I got a small package in the mail and on tracking it still said it hadn't left the sorting facility! I had a package mailed out to me, but for some reason the mailman couldn't find my house (I've lived in the same place for over 20yrs) and they sent the package back to sender (overseas) the same day it was supposed to get delivered! Other carriers like UPS, FedEx and DHL keep the package at the building for a week to get picked up by the owner! I am officially done with USPS and I am more than willing to pay an extra $10 to get at least good customer service and delivery service! read more

I was scared to come here based on the reviews but I was able to get in and out in 10 minutes. Gloria waited on me and was quite funny and kept that line moving. They had a total of four windows open and there were eight folks ahead of me. read more

I was having my mail forward to another address over the summer and this location lost not one, but four different packages that I should have received. Each package was unique and cannot be ordered again as most of the items are now sold out. I have spent several days on the phone and going into the Post Office to try and understand how my mail got to this post office, was "forwarded" but never made it to the forwarded post office. Each tracking number says that it was forwarded and is still on its way....from months ago. I was told twice that it would be looked into and I would be called back but I never got a call. The last phone call I was told it was just "bad luck" and that "things happen". This Post Office is unreliable and lacks customer service. read more

I never thought I would give 5 stars to a post office; especially near Christmas. Having been burned by another station on Valencia, I decided to drive a little further to this station. It was December 16 and I arrived with my packages a little after 9:00 am. I needed a couple of shipping items to complete my packing. I was pleasantly surprised to find them just inside the door, unlike the other post office where they are buried in the corner just before getting to the counter. This made it convenient to have all my packages ready when I got to the counter. My next pleasant surprise was that, even though I was there during the Christmas crush, there were only about 5 people in line and the clerks were moving them through very efficiently. The staff was also very friendly and actually showed some pride in their job. I will definitely drive a little further to this post office for my future postal needs. read more

I have been trying to call this station to find out if they have a package they are trying to deliver for me. I have been trying for over 3 hours. The phone just keeps ringing with no voice mail. I called the station on Oracle Road and confirmed the number is correct. I was rudely told that they are trying to get the mail out and just keep trying. It appears that these workers do not appreciate their jobs and it should not be called postal service because they are providing no customer service. read more

I have been living at the same address for over 10 years, and all of a sudden my mail is being returned as deliverable. They returned important medication I need, Checks, and other first class or priority mail, all with the right address. Either the carrier can not read, or needs to be taught how to deliver mail. They are good enough at delivering the junk mail. read more

This particular station delivers our mail to my address.Lately the carriers have been putting my mail into other people's boxes and keep delivering people's mail from past residents from years ago to my box. My name is clearly printed on my box,but we keep on getting it.The charger my daughter ordered was put into someone else's box and we never did get it. They sent a replacement phone back to the company that I'm registered with as undeliverable so now I have to wait for them to send it out again and my sim card has already been deactivated so now I have no phone.When we checked with the company as to whether they had the proper address, they did.I got all sorts of excuses when I was finally able to get someone on the phone and they tried to put the blame off onto everyone else.The company is now sending it by FedEx.This is the most problem I've had with them.There have been other incidents, like when we saw the carrier take to my neighbor and ran next door to get it.I wish they could see these reviews. read more
