    Absolutely beautiful customer service and very professional…read more And was able to not only to help disgruntled customers who were as unprepared as I was but was able to send all of us out the door with smiles It's funny how common it is for people to rush through their returns and forget to read the full instructions. I myself have fallen victim to this but they were more then willing to present me options and even tried to see about changing my code bc I ended up being very last minute and had no supplies It's was only a couple bucks of labor for them to tape up my item after I brought in a box While others were complaining and being unreasonable about the fees it did clearly state in my instructions that fees may apply if I was unprepared But absolutely recommend them they taught me a lot and helped me through so much I hope one day they can get more understanding individuals they definitely go above and beyond in their policies and deserve the best

    Find another notary. We've had three documents notarized by two individuals in the last few weeks…read moreat the Bremerton store. First one needed to be returned to fix mistakes. Last two were so messed up they were rejected by the recipient of those documents. I called about a refund and was told they only offer resigning, but they would check on a refund and call me back. No call. Its clear to me (a retired notary signing agent) that these people received absolutely no training to do this job. I don't blame the notaries themselves. I feel they were thrown into the deep end by the store, sink or swim. We took the last documents to a more experienced source

    We just had a new system installed by Randy's Heating when our 90 year old gas furnace died…read moreunexpectedly. We were very reluctant to put a "ductless" system into our 93 year old house, desperate to maintain the look and charm - but Tyler walked us through several options that would help preserve the charm, and still keep us both warm in winter and cool in summer. He explained all of the benefits, and answered every (even silly) questions we had and made us realize it was time to "modernize" our home. To be responsible, we also had another company come out, to see what they would suggest and what they would charge. It was a no-brainer to go with Randy's. From the first visit, we felt they were the most professional, knowledgeable and patient. Tyler even came back out just to go over the details again, to answer more of our questions. They gave us options, 3 quotes to choose from, and the price was surprisingly affordable, alleviating my worst fears. (we didn't even wait to hear back from the second opinion!) The installers were completely professional, very concerned with keeping my house clean throughout the 2-day install, very nice, very informative the entire time. They went the extra mile to answer questions, and explain processes. I now have 2 Floor Mount and 2 Wall Mount "ducted ductless" mini splits keeping our entire house cozy, while all of the connections and tubes and such went under the house. We really thought we'd hate having these in our house, but we were happily wrong. They're fantastic, unobtrusive, quiet and fit right in. Even the outdoor unit that powers them all isn't a big deal at all. Nestled up to the side of the house, it's not even noticeable. This review might seem long and rambling but what I want to convey is how Professional, Caring and Outstanding all of the people at Randy's Heating are. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them to everyone I talk to. The value for my money, their professionalism, and the sense of security and comfort they have given us is immeasurable. We look forward to a hot summer, so we can be cool and comfortable inside for the first time!

    I had no problems with them but the electricians could have been more respectful towards my…read moreproperty they left a mess on the floor and broke the wheels on my food cabinet causing me to have to remove everything from it and take the wheels off then set it directly on the floor and replace all the food back to it. when I got my appointment I had asked if I needed to move it and was told no because you could get to the door but they needed to remove the entire front of the electrical box. I also knew nothing about an additional charge if I wanted a surge protector. The heat and AC work wonderful thank you.
