I was told that my important package was delivered and that it was GPS tracked to my home address as delivered. I asked if I could see this supposed photo to Confirm or deny the arrival. I know there are the few who are friendly and such but that is few and far between. So I am also forced to come here because it's closest to where I am but I prefer to go to another location where They are more about Customer Service and friendly. I'm not even asking for them to jump when I arrive. I'm just asking for common courtesy that when a customer arrives and you are right there and not doing anything for other customers it would be best practice to help the people who are there in person rather than have them wait. It'd be nice to acknowledge customers and let them know that you are busy or unable to help but that somebody will help you. Not asking for a lot. I think people get really comfortable in their jobs because they're gonna retire with it. But being comfortable should never equal not being a good worker.
