I was I would say very late because it was past their closing time on a Sunday. And he could've easily not accepted my package, which we wanted to send it for almost like two weeks and today was the last day the package QR code was going to be active. They were cleaning the store and the doors were locked however, Vinith Goyal decided that he'll do something extra extraordinary by helping the single father in distress. He not only opened the door waited for my son and my big package to get Hauled in, but he even helped me get printed and didn't even charge for it. I thanked them multiple times for a kind gesture and left the store with a big smile on my face. I know he could have easily said no, but he decided not to. And here I am sending a five star review for someone who spreads smile..

It wasn't the right thing. He politely told me I'd have to go back online and try again. I was determined not to have to make another trip and sat in my car struggling with the website, Changed my password 3 times--no fun. Finally, a bit harried, I went back into the store with my open box. "Thome" who had helped me before, kindly took the box, taped it up for me and printed the label for me as well! He did all of this when some places employees would be more concerned about getting out on time than giving great service. Thanks so much Thome!! You're a cool guy and you're going places!! You'll also be bringing repeat business there ! Have a great day! God bless' -Christel

After over a…read morehalf hour of going in circles with Amazon's AI customer service Chatbot, I ended up back where I started each time and I gave up. That was over a week ago. Today I felt I may have some bandwidth to make an attempt to solve this. I contacted the UPS store in Crystal Lake where the return was dropped off at. I stated my quandary , the manager explained how the returns work at the store level and suggested I contact Amazon. He listened patiently when I told him my attempts for speak to an IRL customer service human were futile and the only thing I was able to contact was the Amazon AI chatbot and that each time I ended up back where I started. He was able to help assist and provided a viable solution. Within less than 5 minutes, I got a IN REAL LIFE person at Amazon AND my issue was resolved. When I asked the Amazon rep what item did they receive as my return, and Amazon wouldn't say, but did say they received my item and I'd see a refund within the next 5 days. Understand this location is usually very busy, and you may need to wait a bit BUT they always provide excellent service whether in person or over the phone. Highly recommend this location for your shipping needs.
