The friendly folks at this UPS store have been there for me whether I need to simply drop off a…read morepre-paid package or seek options to send overnight paperwork. All of the above have been pleasant, quick experiences...and nicely located downtown! My only issue with this store is the parking. On most occasions there are adequate spaces to run in and run out, but if you need to pop in during a weekend day (especially between the hours of 9am-1pm), you might be SOL as Egg Harbor packs the parking lot. If you need anything shipping related (or even a greeting card!) stop on in at this UPS store.

If there was an option for no stars, thats what I would give this UPS store…read more I periodically sent a package to Washington DC and ussually the cheapest is 2 day ground and depending on the box and weight between $25-$30. Occasionally it can be 3 days depending on weather but most of the time 2 days. Last week I was sending a dress - very light package and figured about $25. I went to this UPS store because I was in the area. They said it would take 4 -5 days and cost $54. I asked about the 2 day groung and they said that would be more. I was shocked, when did this change?! I usually go to one on Arlington Heights Rd and by Rand Rd. The woman said that what all the USP shipping was for Washington DC. I took my package to the other store and it cost me $26 and it took 2 days to ship. I would NEVER go the UPS store on Wing street. They are ripping people off. When I called them and told them that it was cheaper and would get ther in 2 days the lady said - "You should go to that store than". You bet I wil lady!!

When you need important documents handled quickly and correctly, Express Apostille & Notary…read moreServices is exactly the kind of place you hope to find. Scheduling was incredibly easy. We needed several estate-planning documents notarized, and it can be surprisingly hard to find a notary who handles everything--signing, stamping, witnesses--efficiently and professionally. Here, it was seamless. Service & Experience *Appointment scheduling was smooth and flexible *Quick responses to initial questions about pricing, witnesses, and requirements *They provided all necessary witnesses on-site *The full notarization process took less than 30 minutes *Pricing was very reasonable given the number of documents we had What Sets Them Apart *Excellent customer service--fast, clear communication from start to finish *Clean, professional setup that makes the process feel easy and stress-free *They also offer apostille services, which is a huge convenience. Instead of navigating government offices downtown or waiting at limited DMV locations, you can simply make an appointment here and get it done without the hassle. Verdict Express Apostille & Notary Services makes a traditionally inconvenient process unbelievably smooth. Great communication, efficient service, reasonable pricing, and the convenience of both notary and apostille offerings in one place. Five stars and highly recommended for anyone needing document services in Chicago.

While I am currently waiting to hear back via email from this company, I have just learned from my personal lawyer that these two apostilles (certify criminal background document and then a Social Security ) stated they CAN NOT BE USED because they were issued from the COUNTRY of SWEDEN, NOT the USA. The company was aware that these two documents were for the country of Portugal and evidently people who live in the United States cannot have United States documents from a different country!!!!!! OMG NIGHTMARE I BET IS JUST GAVE $380 and my Social Security number to a thief!!! I am waiting for the company to email back and I will change this review if they rectify the situation. I also want everyone to be aware that all of the reviews are from July 2025 something is wrong with this company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
