She was responsive, took direction well over email, and was professional and pleasant to work with. Although my order was delivered a day later than originally expected, I was completely understanding because I knew she was managing the business and appreciated the communication. Unfortunately, my experience today was very different. There was an issue with the printing quality -- the posters had a noticeable dotted line running through them, which was especially visible because they had a large white background. I was understandably disappointed because I had spent a lot of time designing them for an important event. What was most disappointing, however, was how the situation was handled by another employee. I acknowledge that saying the posters looked "terrible" wasn't the best choice of words, but the response I received felt unnecessarily rude and confrontational. I was initially told the issue couldn't be fixed, then that fixing it would result in a jagged edge. Ultimately, the posters were fixed and actually look great, which makes the initial interaction even more frustrating. This wasn't an issue of a mistake being made -- mistakes happen. It was the way I was treated when I brought the issue to their attention. I was a paying customer who had chosen to use this business and was simply looking for the issue to be addressed respectfully. Overall, the final product turned out great, but the customer-service interaction today was challenging, disappointing and unnecessary. I hope this feedback is useful because the quality of the finished product ultimately matters, but so does how customers are treated when something goes wrong.

His name is Ben and so he has to get documents notarized before and so when I had to kill some time last week we went on a serve. We realized the document was not notarized ...it cost Ben $45 to get it notarized from this business because we were in the area anyways and it needed to be done. Just so you know:when you call the answering service will answer and their main objective is to get the notary to call you back....the person who answers themselves is not a notary. But you will get what you were looking for.
