Over the past…read moreseveral years I have had numerous, and I mean numerous, packages never delivered, lost or misplaced, delivered to the wrong house, and on and on and on...... it has got worse and worse each year to the point where we have now entered Pathetic and Ridiculous territory. Just this past week, they have claimed to have "Delivered" to my house 5 packages, 4 on Monday 7/27/26 and 1 today on 8/3/26, none have actually showed up. Also, this is not the work of Porch pirates or Theft, as we have proof of that. Nope, just the continued hiring of LAZY, INCOMPETENT and PATHETIC morons, from the Postmaster on down to the incredibly horrendous Mail carriers, who are more interested in talking on their cell phones or listening to music in headphones than actually concentrating on the correct house to deliver the mail to. What's funny is we have our house number in big numbers, right on our Mailbox at the front door, and yet, they still screw up. My advice is if you live in Union, NJ, don't use them, I often go to another town over to ship, and if you have packages to be sent to you, my advice is to tell the Sender to use UPS or FedEx. You will save yourself a lot of heartache.

Whether you've been in twice or 20 times, each person is so kind & lines go quickly! I've had the closing gate held for me several times & for heavy packages - no prob- they've helped me with that too! I even had to un-box & re-wrap a huge box & again without hesitation, they helped me! I love their energy, attitude, efficiency, kind nature & professionalism (when in doubt I ask & they've always come through)! I'd never go to a different post office, even if it was closer.
