THEN, she patiently helped me process multiple shipments, and all with a smile. These days, in a post-pandemic, high-stress and understaffed working environment, I am used to employees being disinterested and flat out rude. This was not the case with Tamika and the staff at this Fedex location. I visited a UPS and FedEx location before I landed here, and at the other stores the employees were really not interested in helping me. Because of Tamika's kindness, helpfulness and overall great energy, I will be returning to this location for my weekly business needs. A smile and eagerness to help goes a long way towards not only earning loyal business, but towards making a strangers day. Tamika deserves a raise, promotion and perhaps even a role training other staff at different locations. I am so grateful to her.
