This UPS store had an issue with Dyson products being returned but I think that was more a UPS wide problem vs this store. The staff there are always pleasant and move lines pretty quickly. They do provide receipts but be aware they do charge to print labels. Despite charging for labels (when UPS pays them to receive anyways) the great staff makes this business! Much more hospitable than expected. read more

No one answers the phone at this location and there is no option to leave a message. Resolution Center has been trying to contact them and they are unable to reach them as well. Shipping information the Resolution Center requires can only come from the store and now package is left in limbo until it gets returned to the store. Horrible customer service experience. read more

The guy in this location is a glutton. I brought an item there to be shipped because I needed a box. I had packaging material with me including plastic pillows and packing paper. The man at the counter took my item in the back, put the item in an oversized box put a massive amount of tape around it and added Styrofoam peanuts without my consent. He charged me an extra $5 for the peanuts ( they sell a giant bag of peanuts in the store for around 5.99) If I wasn't on my way to an appointment I would have taken my property sans the box and 2 handfuls of peanuts and left. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

I gave them the exact address including apartment number. They didn't add it. Was returned to store and then charged me again full price for their error!! Awful customer service! Never again will I use this company. I'd rather wait in line at post office because at least they do things correctly. read more

Been to this location a few times. Staff very welcoming and assist customers professionally. On a Main Street, but there usually street parking available. read more

The guy that works the counter is consistently rude, abrupt and completely unfriendly. Management should really have a talk with their employee. If I had any other options in town I would go somewhere else read more

It seems that when you left a package with them specially when they help you pack it and know what in it, items are missing. I shipped two bottles of supplement to Georgia the package arrived in good condition and one of the bottle is missing. Very strange... Aline. T read more

Carried a 71 pound air conditioner down the hill from the back of the store because there was no parking in the front. Put it down next to the door inside by where all the packages are left for the ups drivers to pick up. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes until a woman finally made an appearance(in the back). So after about 3 more minutes she finally came up front. I pointed out the box i left by the door. She ok thank you. I responded i would like a receipt for the 300 a/c unit. I wasnt just gonna leave it with no proof i dropped it off. She said if i wanted a receipt i would have to carry it to the counter. I asked if she could maybe walk over to it and scan it with her wireless scanner because it weighed 70+pounds and she said no. I had an issue with another ups store so went here. They were fairly priced and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Giving this location 2 stars for their lack of customer service (which means serving the customer) I had the unfortunate task of returning 2 boxes of car parts to Amazon. Each box was over 40pounds one box was 48 pounds! I'm 41 and in fairly good shape, YET when I go to a service as a UPS, FedEx or such I expect the staff to be able to assist me with heavy items which wasn't the case today. When I entered staff was in the rear of the store on the computer.. When I told the young lady I needed assistance she pointed to a dolly which felt like it was 20 pounds so combined that with 2 boxes of 43 pounds and 48 pounds!!!! She went back to the rear of the store back on the computer &didn't even hold the door open for me or anything.... WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE THESE COMPANIES HIRE. Then this child needed me to HELP HER put the boxes on the scale...... I'm a hardworking woman but I don't work for Ups! please hire staff who are motivated and willing to help when help is needed by the customer. not these prissy little girls straight out of high school with pretty gel nails... We have had a box here for almost 2 years. Parking isn't the best, but not their fault... The staff and owners are super-helpful and friendly. My mom is an older senior-citizen and they know her by name- always helping her with packages and giving her tips on how to mail things. They call her when I send packages to her- and let her know if she needs to bring a helper... now that's service! Kindness is something that is lost on many businesses- but not this one! They are pleasant, even when busy. I totally recommend this business! read more
