Honestly maybe they should save some money and drop their phone service if they're never going to use it. They are understaffed - there is room for 3 employees, but there will only be one person sitting at the desk, and usually they are very chatty with everyone, making the wait longer than it is. On top of it, they are rude if you aren't prepared when you arrive at the desk. They should close this branch and have patrons go to Millburn or Short Hills.
