I have printed presentations and resumes using this FedEx center several times in the past and the person that I speak to on the phone has consistently been helpful and pleasant. Service is always quick and they have always been willing to accommodate a short deadline since I typically wait until the last minute to print. I am not sure how competitive the pricing is compared to other print centers but I have always thought the cost was fair if not inexpensive for the jobs that I have submitted. However, he never disclosed that this was a target and not a guarantee of overnight. If my husband had been provided this information he would not have sent the package. This FEDEX office needs to do more than just TRY to meet the level of service they sell. UPS near Wegmans is much better customer service and they stand by their delivery times. It feels like they nickel-and-dime customers for the smallest things rather than providing basic service. This kind of treatment is incredibly frustrating and comes across as poor customer service.
