This is my second visit to this UPS Store location, and unfortunately, it confirmed my first impression. The first time I came in, they tried to charge me $2.50 just to print a return label, which already felt excessive. Today was even more frustrating. My Amazon return was already packed in the original box it came in, but because one small flap wasn't taped down, they insisted it wasn't acceptable and wanted to charge me an additional $2 just to tape it. It feels like they nickel-and-dime customers for the smallest things rather than providing basic service. This kind of treatment is incredibly frustrating and comes across as poor customer service. On top of that, the employees were very dismissive and came across as unhappy to be there. The overall attitude made the experience even more unpleasant and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This is the best UPS store by far! Tommy and Justin both provide exceptional service every time I am in there doing an Amazon return... which is often! There can be a long line of customers like at any UPS location, but these guys just keep scanning and typing being pleasant as usual. This is the one UPS store, not United States Postal Service store that I go to. Every employee is cordial, helpful, courteous and friendly. They are patient because we all use our phones to look up our UPC return codes. I have NEVER had a bad experience here, and always chat with the employees! my go to UPS store! When you bring a package to these guys, they cannot mark up the shipping cost, UPS only sets the shipping price at their store. They mark everything else up SUPER HIGH!! I recently dropped off a 14x14x14 square 5.5 lb box to ship from Bedminster to Minnesota with $2500/insurance Price from UPS: $45.00 Price paid at UPS Bedminster store: $96.00 Recourse: none! Caveat Emptor. Net explanation: they can charge whatever they want for anything other than the shipping. Tape, box, packaging, insurance. The franchise owner is a predator and deserves to be exposed. Do not blindly drop packages off, sometimes paying $45.00 for a package that if you took the time to look at the UPS website, check the package size and weight, you would only pay $15.00 for the shipment versus $45.00 or in my case $96.00 versus $45.00. No holiday spirit, in fact the only spirit this franchise owner has is in his pocket. On plus side, the staff that has to work for him are very decent, honorable people and appear embarrassed by their owner's greed, but he pays their salaries which in my opinion, very well deserved! I have given this location frequent business over the past 7 years and my record shows I have spent many dollars supporting this local store. After today I will go elsewhere to purchase copies/mailings/shipping, even if it means driving out of my way. The new owner is rude and unprofessional. I came in with a prepaid shipping label. As for the nature of the material being shipped I requested a UPS box, which is of no cost to the store. My request was granted after much convincing. I purchased a padded envelope and when I asked for some small amount of fill so the material would be secure in the box I was blantenly told in no uncertain terms...."nothing is free". And he then yelled at the other employees in the store. From now on "nothing is free". "I loose over $3000/mo here". I certainly don't mind paying for any product but rudeness and excuses I will not tolerate. read more

I went in to mail a few items to a friend in El Paso, Texas and it was a great experience. The guy working, Marcelo, was pretty busy but he still smiled and didn't rush me. He double checked everything with me and was patient even when I messed up the address. I don't ship many things, but I know where I am going to do so from now on. read more

The new owner - tape idiot - is never there. The people who work there are very nice and helpful and don't charge for tape.

Charges 3 dollars to put tape on one package. Fedex is free! I don't mind paying a little for tape but 3 dollars for 10 cents of tape is just trying to take advantage of customers read more

This store way over charges for shipping. On Fri, 12/20 they were going to charge me $88 to ship a package to CA in time for Christmas. The post office charged me $18 for the same package and with faster delivery! read more
