How's that for customer service?! I also had a hiccup later with FedEx and he went o we to the store to ask about my package. My package was safely delivered in time for my wedding and they turned out perfect! All in all, wonderful experience, hi quality printing and extremely nice and helpful owner and staff!! This guy half listened and responds "no problem". The next day I call....after he has my money he tells me the photo is NOT printed, it will take AT LEAST 4 days to complete the order before he ships, etc. And a complete wise ass about it as well. I once had to update the file a couple of hours after submitting, and they were so quick that they had already printed the documents - but graciously reprinted right away. They are also extremely communicative, sending follow-up notes to share that they are on schedule and when they have delivered your order. I've worked with Manny in particular on a couple of orders and he is very responsive, even after business hours! Finally, I trust ABGPrint to make the right recommendation for the deliverable. I don't have that much knowledge of paper weights etc. but when I've shared the files I need (ranging from event menus to professional one-pagers) they have always made the perfect recommendation.

Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Will not be trying this business again.
