They will suggest to you the best way to send your packages, especially delicate ones like Antique Figurines to Limited Addition Paintings you name it. They meticulously hand wrap and package each item, what they call their "Bullet Proof" guarantee. They will offer you several different price ranges and thoroughly explain each one and the best way to send it. MBC also creates one of a kind Banners and Posters. They also make one of a kind Plaques to save a Memorable Article you want to keep, or a Diploma etc. They have an array of woods and colors to choose from. They have a Finishing Service which does Binding, Punching, Folding, and Mounting. Mailbox Business Center can help with your Passport Photos, and Faxing, Scanning, and Notarizing Services. This company is truly remarkable and very professional. From the minute you walk in, you know and feel this is no ordinary mailbox place. They know many of their customers on first name basis, and it feels more like a local community business which is definitely a plus. The owner Matt is delightful along with his entire staff. They are all very well trained, especially the other Matt I delt with regularly. They really help take the stress out of printing, copying, mailing, scanning, faxing, and shipping.     So i just went in to this location on way home to pick something up from work. It was a ghost…read moretown. Zero customers. I walk in the manager inassume was talking to two employees about work related stuff which is fine. But could of stopped so one of the associates could check me out. Well the first associate was sitting on the outside of the register and didn't even get up when I walked up. The other associate who was open I went to. Did not say hello or if I found everything okay. No social skills what so ever. Skipped passed the screen for me to enter my phone number. Then asked if I had a number. But in between she had her phone out texting while checking me out. She looked at me and asked if I was done after I used the pin pad because she was to busy worrying about her phone which was the most unprofessional thing you can do in a business which calls for Customer service. Not to mention the manager in charge just walked off and not even a greeting from him when I walked in or up to the registers. I dont care if your busy or slow customer service is always number one.     On December 14th I had my mother head to this Fedex location on 161 meister ave, branchburg, nj to…read morepick up a package that was under my name after they did not process my request to delivery the package to the original address. Upon my mother getting there, the person who opened the store the morning of the 14th was extremely rude to my mother and unwilling to help whatsoever. In New Jersey apparently, the dmv does not send you a new drivers license if you move (they keep the same old address) and just update the address on their systems. Instead of explaining this to my mother and letting her know that she could also bring a bill, she very rudely started to yell at my mother letting her know that I would need to be there personally to pick it up with my ID. I am currently out of town and am not able to be present that is why I originally cancelled the request to have this package being held at the fedex location. The way fedex has handled this situation as a whole. From not cancelling my hold request and delivering this package to the original address to completely disrespecting my mother at the 161 meister ave, branchburg, nj fedex location. I don't ever write reviews but this person should certainly not be working in customer service ever again unless this is the type of people Fedex is okay with employing. Instead of being helpful and letting my mother know all she had to do was provide a bill, she decided to completely ignore her and belittle her. Extremely rude service. My mother had to drive 45 minutes just to be sent away in a matter of seconds. I hope this person is dealt with immediately and given a course on customer service and simple etiquette. I will make sure to put this review everywhere until something is done about this situation.
