I shipped it from store 7163 Twice he told me "no problem", to go ahead and ship to him. It arrived 3 days late. When it arrived, the "manager told the recipient it was to heavy, and they were leaving it in the parking lot. What does the "manager think 147 pounds means in english? ​Incompetent, lazy liars who wanted me to pay an additional fee for "handling". UPS has become 3rd rate and store 7310 is a perfect example of dishonest money grabbing liars.

This company doesn't support people's first amendment rights and makes light of murder. Will never use this service. Also the mailboxes are just hideous.

Spoke to Dianne, the owner, who was very personable, and knew her stuff. It was a matter of days and the truck arrived. Tom and his assistant Wayne got the job done. It wasn't easy to get the previous post out due to a huge amount of concrete. We are very pleased with the results. The house number will be arriving soon. Have no hesitation in hiring this company. I walked in, was immediately helped by a kind woman who just had me send my attachments for print along to them via email and 5 minutes later I was walking out with everything I needed. For about 100 standard copies and all black and white, it was around $45. Back to parking: it is all street parking and I found a spot around the corner at a meter right away. Don't let their upfront quotes lure you into a contract for paid services and costs. I purchased 10,000 pieces-prepaid- first-class mailers (letting them know that I want the mailers out asap) and every email you send them takes 1business day to respond. The staff rarely answers your call unless you make them think you're going crazy with the service they are providing. My first mailing campaign of over 3500 mailers.... I received not 1 response (questioning what happened because that has never happened before. note I have QR codes on mailers, which they messed up on proofs to me... Don't know how they did that). I'm working on them with the remaining 6,500 pieces that I have prepaid with them, and its fee after fee, after credit card authorization form.... They have made over 6 errors on my proofs that took over 12 days to fix, going back and forth with Vivian. These are proof errors that they are making. Once finalized, I made 2 additional edits since it took over 1 month to mail and laws changed re content in my state and now its 2026... and guess what? $200 for two additional edits (these are simple text edits!). Spent 12 days fixing their mistakes on edits (ie, uncentered text, incorrect fonts, letters showing up outside of text boxes, their own editing mistakes that they should have professionally caught before they even sent them to me for final proofs). I'm an attorney in CA and I'm so frustrated by their service. If you're marketing Cheerios to kids who eat cereal, then sure, you may be ok. If you're a professional, you're better off handwriting your mass mailing and putting stamps on them yourself.

The first time I came in, they tried to charge me $2.50 just to print a return label, which already felt excessive. Today was even more frustrating. My Amazon return was already packed in the original box it came in, but because one small flap wasn't taped down, they insisted it wasn't acceptable and wanted to charge me an additional $2 just to tape it. It feels like they nickel-and-dime customers for the smallest things rather than providing basic service. This kind of treatment is incredibly frustrating and comes across as poor customer service. On top of that, the employees were very dismissive and came across as unhappy to be there. The overall attitude made the experience even more unpleasant and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I received a…read morecall in early January 2026 from LL Bean letting me know that UPS returned it to their factory noting that it was never picked up at their UPS facility in Bound Brook, NJ. A facility that I am nowhere near. With the fact that I chose the option to have it delivered to my home, there is zero reason why it would have been delivered to and then returned from their store. I then received a 2nd call from LL Bean today (1-30-26) letting me know that it happened a 2nd time after it was reshipped. And to the UPS store that is nowhere near me. They need to train their employees how to read shipping orders and also the notes in the orders that state directions clearly.
