I used to loathe, loathe, loathe going to the post office. I would either just send things via UPS…read more(super expensive) or print out a label online, which wasn't really cost efficient when I was shipping books and dvds, which can be sent cheaply via media mail. I have found myself selling more and more books and the like, and I am SO HAPPY that the local post office is so great. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes at this place (I do go either from 10-12noon or 2-3pm if that helps), and all the postal workers who man the counters are so nice. EACH ONE OF THEM- there is a funny guy, tall, and very friendly, another one named Anthony who gave my friend a pair of sunglasses that had been left in the post office for months. There is also a newer guy (I had him one time while he was training) a middle-aged Asian man, who is very nice and an older woman. I need to look at names!! Everyone is so nice and friendly and aren't snippy and impatient with you and will answer all your questions. It's hard to work in service industries (trust me I know!) especially when you have to deal with a service that isn't as popular as it used to be (when was the last time you got a letter?), but I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the staff at this North Brunswick Post Office, because they have made every trip a pleasant experience each time I go to send some stuff.

Additionally, I returned to the store on October 3, 2926 at approximately 8:00 p.m. after…read morereceiving notification that my print order was ready for pickup. At that time, I was assisted by members of the evening print staff, who were different from the employees I encountered earlier that day . I explained the difficulties and frustration I experienced during my afternoon visit and shared that, historically, my husband and I have received exceptional service from the evening team. Both employees listened attentively, clearly explained the printing process, and offered sincere apologies for the confusion, delays, and poor experience I had encountered earlier. Their professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to assist reflected the level of customer service I have come to expect from Staples and highlighted the significant contrast between my afternoon and evening experiences. Additionally, when I arrived to pick up my print order, I noticed that my name had been written on the order in decorative lettering resembling a horror or Halloween-themed font, complete with what appeared to be dripping blood effects. Under different circumstances, this may have been intended as a harmless or creative embellishment. However, given the frustration, lack of professionalism, and negative interactions I had already experienced earlier that day, I found it inappropriate and unsettling. At a minimum, it demonstrated poor judgment. I also learned that Charles, the individual who represented himself as the manager when my husband specifically requested to speak with a manager, is in fact a supervisor and not the store manager. I am particularly concerned by this apparent misrepresentation. When a customer requests to speak with a manager, they should either be provided access to the appropriate manager or be clearly informed of the employee's actual role and title. Transparency and honesty are essential components of effective customer service and are critical to maintaining customer As a customer, I believe this situation warrants serious attention to ensure that future customers receive the level of service, professionalism, and respect that Staples strives to provide. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Ms.Anderson

I have an eBay store I sell quite a bit on so I know exactly how I want to send everything, the prices, etc. The Cashier actually had the nerve to tell me not to send so many items at once, that it's inconvenient to the customers behind me. 8 items is not a lot, especially when they are small, and only need to be weighed and stickered. Not to mention, there is nothing mentioning a Maximum Parcel Limit. She was just lazy, and didn't want the 1 person behind me to wait too long. Then I told her that I'd like to ship everything through First Class with tracking.. She gets to one package that's a touch over the limit so it needed to be changed to priority (no big deal).. but then the item after it gets changed to priority, then the next, then the next.. I stopped her because the packages were very small and yet being charged as priority. She looks at her screen and realizes that she set everything to priority instead of first class -___- Now who's making the customers wait? She had to reweigh everything and resticker them. Then she couldn't remove the mistaken charges, so she had to charge my card for everything, and refund me after. Worst experience ever. I get that this is a small post office, and perhaps the cashier isn't used to seeing more than a package or 2 come in at a time, but this was ridiculous. Also, she forgot to change one of the items back to first class.. so I was charged $7.05 for priority, instead of the $3 it would've cost to send through first class. And there's nothing I can do about it now.. -__-
