To call the branch is a bit of an ordeal as it goes through a national switchboard whose option to reach the actual post office is buried and changed, the only type of updates they can make to their phone system. Post office staff here make a big stink whenever one picks up mail before the mail hold ends which does them a service and yet when it ends, they reneg on delivering so their protocol is driven not by actual rules, rather, what seems least laborious which is understandable and understood by all who've long lived here. Aside, the non-delivery services such as the non-delivery-related retail inside the post office are atypically fine, basic, even if agonizingly slow, even slower than adjacent post offices' happier staff.

He also failed to flag damaged insulation and evidence of a rodent infestation in the attic. The inspection lasted a short 1.5 hours and was not thorough and communication was extremely poor. We only went with him because he used drones for roof inspections, but that proved to be worthless because he didn't even give an estimated age of the roof or its condition, until I followed up with him and asked days later. We are out well over $20k at this point, and he was completely uncooperative and unresponsive when we attempted to discuss all of the above missed issues. Do your research and go with someone more qualified, who actually cares.

He sweeps chimney from the bottom, vacuums out and then sends camera all the way to the top ensuring all is well. He found some defective parts in my wood stove. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming.
