This location has become a favorite of mine as it is on my way home from work and great for returns when I don't get to my home UPS location before they close. The glass door between the lobby and The counter is covered with old signs and lots of tape and stickers that have been peeled off partway. It is almost 2020, and there is a big sign about their 2010 holiday hours still clinging to that door. The dropbox outside is about to fall apart from rust. The pens are stuck to the counter with a nest of tangled and dirty packing tape. The whole place has a creepy, "post office that time forgot" feeling. This office does not have a postmaster general working at it. This meant that I was not allowed to mail an aerosol can of hairspray from this location, but had to go to the bigger Bridgewater post office where there is a postmaster general to get special permission to mail hairspray. I have never had a problem with any of the employees here. They have always been calm, and polite, and explained things to me clearly. The parking situation is convenient, as is the access right off of Route 22. The lobby area with the post office boxes is clean. It is in the same building as a Quick Chek.

The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. The first time I came in, they tried to charge me $2.50 just to print a return label, which already felt excessive. Today was even more frustrating. My Amazon return was already packed in the original box it came in, but because one small flap wasn't taped down, they insisted it wasn't acceptable and wanted to charge me an additional $2 just to tape it. It feels like they nickel-and-dime customers for the smallest things rather than providing basic service. This kind of treatment is incredibly frustrating and comes across as poor customer service. On top of that, the employees were very dismissive and came across as unhappy to be there. The overall attitude made the experience even more unpleasant and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
