Sealing packages

I would leave zero stars if I could. The woman working today should not be working in service. She was extremely rude. I walked up to her. No hi. Nothing. The way she just looked at my package and said, "I cannot help you today. I cannot take your package because it does not have clear packing tape. It has to be clear." I told her the sign says it does not have to be clear, it says it is preferred. The tape I'm using is heavy duty, but she didn't want to hear it. All she did was say to me again, "I cannot help you today." Rude. Believe me I'd like to use other expletives.

Came here on a Saturday the lady at the counter wad a little bit rude when she asked me to step back outside because the other postal lady left the counter. Although I'm happy that this place is open on Saturdays.

Very easy post office. The staff is friendly. There is street parking or parking in the lot on the side. The business doesn't look appealing but it's worth a visit. They are very quick and know what they are doing.

Really,for long lines

Most staff here are friendly. My issue is most times I come here , while there's a long line of people waiting as you can see in the pictures there's always another lady SITTING IN THE BACK AT A TABLE TALKING ON THE PHONE. What's wrong with these people , the door has been partially opened and there she is sitting on her behind talking on her phone . Yes ,I have witness this on numerous occasions . That's my observation like it or not. There should be at least 3 workers in front not one worker just sitting around doing nothing While there's a long line of customers waiting to be serviced.

This Post Office deserves 5-stars just for being open on Saturdays. What I like about this PO; small office, friendly staff, Priority Mail boxes are self serve (saving you time in waiting in line just to ask for a box), and not crowded. It's located at the end of a small strip mall. Kinda hard to find, just look for the Carl's Jr and you're close! This is now my go-to post office!

He communicated with me by email, provided extra digital photos at no charge, and kept helping until the photo was accepted by the passport portal. I also brought my three children in for passport photos, and their pictures were ready in about 10 minutes. When I got home, I realized I wasn't happy with the pictures. I called Shawn, and he immediately invited us back for retakes at no extra charge. Shawn is kind, patient, and truly cares about his customers. Thank you for the amazing service! I highly recommend this location.

Found my local Postal Annex and the person on the phone said they do have notary service and that their notary was indeed available. The young lady at the counter examined my document, ID, and fam member's ID and had us sign the document and their customer log. It was quite easy and their costs were fair. Declined their shipping options as FedEx Office in Torrance has a 2day flat rate of $11.90 which I used afterwards. PostalAnnex+'s notary was efficient and kind. She had a few customers in line waiting after me and they were all patient regulars that were familiar with Meena who was working by herself. Location is inside Von's at the Crossroads. On a Saturday morning plenty of spots in the big Crossroads plaza. If I need a document notarized again, I would return to Postal Annex+.

I literally was just dropping it off, needing NOTHING from him, but yet he still found a way to be rude to me after he asked if I'd like a receipt and I said yeah. He literally looked like he wanted to send me to the back of the line ha. This individual should be fired for how he treats customers. There are tons of reviews on here for this exact guy saying how rude he is, why doesn't management do something about it? If this guy is mad at life, he doesn't need to be taking it out on customers. Unreal. And just to note, I've been using USPS a lot lately, and it appears to me that literally 9 out of 10 USPS employees hate their job and are always very rude to customers. It almost seems like that is a requirement in order to work there. Lol. These people literally have every holiday and the day before and the day after off, I don't understand what they're all so upset about. Not a difficult job by any means. Honestly think my cat could work there and do a better job.

The post office itself was nice on the outside but inside seemed a bit run down. I had to wait several minutes before anyone saw me. There wasn't anyone working the counter but one elderly man who I can only assume needs better glasses cuz he did not see me at all lol. But it was okay he apologized. When he finally helped me I was out in about 2 minutes. Really hidden location but now I know there's a USPS in the area for my future needs.
