There's no one inside, but you can usually walk in and put your package in a mailbox. This location closed at 1:30 today and I was walking in at about 6pm, yet there was a postal woman working hard cleaning and scrubbing the windows and interior. She was so kind to me and said I could just set it on top of the desk because it was much too big to fit in the mailboxes -- even though the post office was 5 hours past closing. She then went behind the desk and scanned the item for me and put it back in the bigger bins. I thought this was a really kind gesture, because some post offices aren't even unlocked past their closing hours -- yet this woman took a decent bit of time out of her day to help me. I will be back if possible!!

If you get one with attitude, try to keep in mind that 6 days a week, they deal with a lot of people who have no idea what they are doing with their packages. There is a drop-box inside for packages if you have taken care of your shipping online. This location also has a self-serve kiosk. The blue drive-up mailboxes are located in the parking lot behind the building. Speaking of parking lots, this one can be dangerous. Including the post office, there are a few quick-stop businesses in this little shopping center: Starbucks, a cupcake place, and a barber shop. People are constantly backing out of spaces and flying through the lot. So, use extreme caution.

In the time she was arguing with me, my passport submission could have been completed. This facility does not provide service, they cultivate laziness and seem to relish in it. I don't think I've ever received my mail before 5p (I've gotten mail as late as 8p) & I always seem to get everything late (magazines, bills, packages). One time a few years ago, I didn't get any mail for over a week & when I called the post office, I was told it was because it snowed that week & the mail carrier wasn't delivering to my subdivision because some people hadn't shoveled their sidewalks. I explained my sidewalk was shoveled & was told they didn't deliver unless all sidewalks were shoveled. Guess the old "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" doesn't apply to my post office. But I'm so frustrated with them now. I put a hold on my mail for a few days because I went out of town. I've done this before on line but always picked up my mail for fear I would never see it because the mail carrier wouldn't want to bring it to me. But I was only gone for a few days (3 to be exact) & yesterday my mail was to be delivered. No mail. I call, they tell me oh it will be delivered tomorrow. Today, no mail. I received letter from the passport agency saying that my passport application was denied due to it not being executed by an authorized agent. Why would they waste my time taking my money in my application if they were not authorized. When I went up there to try to get them to fix it, the man was rude did not apologize and was unhelpful. He said that they could not help because no one there is authorized. He sent me all over town downtown USPS & to the library, & had to come back to this post office three times in one day just for him to give me a refund for my processing fee Which he was giving me a hard time on. My package never arrived, and when I contacted UPS, I expected at least a level of concern, accountability, and effort to resolve the issue. Instead, what I encountered was dismissiveness and indifference. I was walked through the steps providing reassurance that my lost items would be located or compensated for, I was made to feel as though my situation did matter. Later to find out that it did not. Someone falsely filled out paperwork for me to receive a refund for much less than what I paid to have my now lost item mailed. Losing a package is already frustrating, but what makes this experience worse is the way it was handled. As a customer, I rely on UPS to not only deliver items safely but also to take responsibility when something goes wrong. In my case, there was no sense of urgency, no empathy, and lastly no return phone call to explain why he chose to rip me off.
