I've lived in my house for 15 years & I've experienced mostly mediocre service from this post office, at best. I don't think I've ever received my mail before 5p (I've gotten mail as late as 8p) & I always seem to get everything late (magazines, bills, packages). One time a few years ago, I didn't get any mail for over a week & when I called the post office, I was told it was because it snowed that week & the mail carrier wasn't delivering to my subdivision because some people hadn't shoveled their sidewalks. I explained my sidewalk was shoveled & was told they didn't deliver unless all sidewalks were shoveled. Guess the old "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" doesn't apply to my post office. But I'm so frustrated with them now. I put a hold on my mail for a few days because I went out of town. I've done this before on line but always picked up my mail for fear I would never see it because the mail carrier wouldn't want to bring it to me. But I was only gone for a few days (3 to be exact) & yesterday my mail was to be delivered. No mail. I call, they tell me oh it will be delivered tomorrow. Today, no mail. I call again (now remember, my mail isn't delivered until late so I have to wait to see if it is delivered before I call) & I'm told, oh tomorrow. So I'm pretty sure I'll never get any mail again. Is it any wonder that the postal service is losing so much business? It is like they don't even try. Thanks Post Office, your useless!!

I've never had such a good experience at USPS before today. I was headed home and went to go use…read moretheir self serve lobby, which runs 24/7. There's no one inside, but you can usually walk in and put your package in a mailbox. This location closed at 1:30 today and I was walking in at about 6pm, yet there was a postal woman working hard cleaning and scrubbing the windows and interior. She was so kind to me and said I could just set it on top of the desk because it was much too big to fit in the mailboxes -- even though the post office was 5 hours past closing. She then went behind the desk and scanned the item for me and put it back in the bigger bins. I thought this was a really kind gesture, because some post offices aren't even unlocked past their closing hours -- yet this woman took a decent bit of time out of her day to help me. I will be back if possible!!

I called for them to give me the tracking number for the shipement and they are no longer able tyo supply that. a papaer receipt or a email would have been a better solution. I the package is lost ther is no way to cover the insurance. Bad customer service

I have used this UPS location in Crestwood, Missouri since it was "The Mail Box Store" going back…read moreto year 1995 !!! For many years my job was all about traveling. Every few weeks I returned to Crestwood to collect mail + boxes from this location. Therefore, I have had some 30+ years doing business with this location + I would rate them 98% to 100%. The 2% less is only cuz we all make mistakes every-now and then. Additionally, the house I live in nearby does not have a mailbox at the end of the driveway...just a narrow slot in the garage door, forcing packages to be left outside on driveway or at front door stoop.. in rain or snow no less. Therefore, I rate this UPS Store location 1000% positive. PS: there was a short period when store was under different management for a year or so.... that's when some of the bad reviews occurred..... that rough patch is over with now that there is new owners/managers.
