It not as bad as people say. Yes, it is 1 person at the counter but Kevin is really quick! Did my passport application done here and was out in 15 minutes. Really quick and kudos to Kevin for being quick! read more

They just don't answer the phone AT ALL! I'd say this is probably the worst post office. The best solution for this location is to completely clean house, put in new workers/management and go from there. My goodness. read more

Super slow and rude. This post office is the worst in the area. Would not recommend to anyone. Worth driving a bit further to get decent service. read more

Willette is a useless there. (The person in charge of passports there) she's very rude , lazy, no customer service

Garbage Phone Operator. For a United States Postal Office, this one ranks top bottom. You have a better chance at winning the mega-million lottery than ever somebody answering a phone call from this place. Do yourself a favor and just get a Po box if you live in pittsburg. USPS is crap here. 0/5 stars if this app allowed it. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Service is so bad. They immediately had attitude the second I walked in. This is the second time I come and experience a nasty attitude from the workers. read more

Willette is the most unprofessional, rude, condescending and unhelpful employee I've ever dealt with. Every single time I come in, she has an attitude and is unwilling to do the simplest things such as scan PAID FOR packages to get a receipt. I run a small business and I need proof that I dropped them off. Every single time I drop them off, she refuses to scan them even tho they are already paid for and all I need is a simple receipt showing I actually dropped them off. I don't know what her problem is but if she doesn't like working with the public, she should GET ANOTHER JOB where she isn't miserable and leaking her negativity to all the customers. read more

I've had a few issues with this post office. 1. Not so friendly staff and not willing to help thoroughly 2. P.O. Box mail is not always up on time. 3 days maybe out the week it is. 3. P.O. Box is supposed to give customers peace of mind that mail will be delivered accordingly and without error. Whole point of having a box is peace of mind. Right? No, not here! How does a piece of mail addressed to a P.O. Box become undeliverable?? Please someone tell me? I DON'T RECOMMEND EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! read more

This place is horrible! I had my appointment and was in line to get helped. The person who does your passport paperwork is also helping the other costumers send mail, buy stamps.. while your time for the appointment been passed. They refuse to give you any more sheets in case you mess up. She walked out to her lunch and had all of us waiting. Never ever going there, and not everyone gets threaded the same! Others were talked to so nicely and the passport buyers we were given so much damm attitude. If they don't like they job simply don't work where you have to work with people. read more

If you want to be offended and feel attacked please come here. I have never been to a post office as rude as this one. The employees know nothing about customer service and just out right rude. There's this one particular employee that will talk down to you like you're some kind of idiot that don't understand English. Not only that this employee will speak to you in such a loud voice that the whole post office and everyone in it can the condescending insult. Do yourself the favor and avoid this post office if you can. read more

Willette is very disrespectful and unprofessional. She rolls her eyes at customers, she is rude, she cuts people off and she doesn't look well kept. I went to the Post Office to drop off my daughter's Birthday Card around 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023. On the way there, I realized that the envelope did not seal properly so I went inside and ask the male attendant for a strip of scotch tape. He said they did not have any - and I can see that he had a lot of scotch tape on a dispenser on the top of the counter to his right. Obviously, this guy needs to be more flexible to assist his customers, after all - he does not own the tape. read more

If I would I would give negative stars. The employees here never want to do their job and it's something I've noticed on every visit. I came in to do a passport renewal in person because I'm not eligible to do it by mail and on the the usps website it says to come in person if you're not able to renew by mail so that's exactly what I did. Since the employees didn't feel like working they told me I was only allowed to do it by mail and that they couldn't do anything about it. Lies...look at your website. read more

Great service compared to other post offices I've encountered! The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I tried calling the post office 10 times this morning. They picked up the phone once and just hung it back up. This has happened to me every time I try and call for the past few years. They just let it ring. After reading the other reviews about this post office I see lots of reviews about rudeness from employees. Glad I was not able to go in person and my letter carrier resolved the issue for me. read more

Aside from the esthetics this place the staff is rude and unhelpful. Avoid if possible!!!

Well I would definitely have to disagree with the other yelpers, I actually live in Antioch, near the Tregallis post office which is extremely slow and always crowded, I have dealt with this particular location several times and always been treated kind. The young-lady Willette is extremely knowledgeable and proficient at her job, and seems to be on the ball every-time I have been there, multi tasking and helping as many people as she possibly can. I think people really need to lighten up and look at the situation that these employees deal with all damn day long. Yes they are public servants, but they are human first. So let's give them a break folks before the post office gets shut down and we all have to go to the at Century Plaza. read more

Came here one morning at like 9am to get my package through the express. I was sending a gift to one of my long distance friends on the east coast. The line wasn't long. Well, it didn't look long. There were only four people in front of me. Two people were already being helped by two post office employees. Turns out my wait lasted twenty minutes. Maybe it was longer. All I know is that I was bored and my feet hurt and the people in front of me were getting pretty annoyed. Finally do get service and it wasn't my favorite. The guy didn't even look at me for the first two-three minutes I was in front of him. He was busy doing something else. The office is clean for the most part. There's a lot of paper left on the tables that people didn't want to use or were too lazy to put in the trash. The pen was running out of ink so it was hard to write things down. Not my favorite place to be at. It's better to have things already prepared and mail it off through the Dropbox than by going in yourself and dealing with the monotony and the other stuff. 2/5 read more

If you want sub par customer service, an attitude, with a side of IDGAF, then this is your go to post office. Save yourself, let ye blood pressure remain low! DO NOT COME HERE! From the side conversations with co-workers about men, Facebook and Instagram pictures, to the non existent sense of urgency to do anything related to getting the customer out the door; The employees here (specifically the cackilin ladies!) need to be retrained or replaced! read more

Willette is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Whenever I go there she purposely gives me a hard time and the attitude she gives customers is so unnecessary. She yells, cuts you off, rolls her eyes, and she even lies. I've caught her lying on multiple occasions. She makes it seem like you are a nuisance for being there. I am a business owner and know how shipping works pretty well and the other employees always are much nicer and I've never had a problem with them but with willette it's a different story. Came here to buy stamps and drop off a package. The girl in front was so rude. First of all, the place was not busy at all. There was one other customer who was busy wrapping a package so there was no reason for the clerk to be stressed or in a hurry. Anyways, her demeanor was so abrupt, it felt like you were a nuisance to her. I came up and didn't realize the pre-printed packing label for the company said "FedEx" but all she did was point to it and walk away. I told her that I still needed stamps. She proceeded to yell out "Can you help this customer?" to a non-existent co-worker. No one responded so she decided to ring me up. I took my stamps and funnily enough, when she handed me my receipt, she circled the barcode on the bottom to complete a survey- underlining "your opinion counts." Did she think I was going to give her a good review? This was my first and last time at this post office. read more

Very bad customer service ONE THING THEY DO REQUIRE Appointments !! I don't normally give post offices 3 star reviews, but in this case I will. The staff is actually friendly something you rarely experience. The reason I give Pittsburg p.o the decent reveiw is because when you ship overnight 99% of the time you will get your money back , because they will never have your package delivered by noon which is cool with me. read more

I delt with three different employees on three separate occasions. Two of them were very very very slow, I seriously do not think I have ever seen someone who was supposed to be working move at such a slow pace. One of the employees was a little rude, he really didn't want to be at work that day, but then again who does? The third employee was very nice, very helpful and seemed like a genuinely nice guy, he is the reason I am giving a 3 star review, if I hadn't had the pleasure of dealing with him they would be getting only 1 star. The building is pretty old and run down, both the inside and out would be better off with a really good and long overdue remodel. read more

This is why shipping through USPS is dead. In a time of innovation and speed this post office underwhelms. Worst customer service. I had to keep calling the place for 3 days. The first day no answer it kept ringing for 30 minutes &the place wasn't even closed. The second day there was a lady who answered she put me on hold for so long &when I called back to confirm she sounded more annoyed than wanting to help me. I got the same experience with the same woman on the third day at least I got response quicker than before. Now I'm just waiting for my re-delivery. Even if a place might be busy the customer service shouldn't make the customer feel like how I felt (mind you I haven't even went to the facility) I've worked in retail. I get it &i've dealt with very difficult customers. I don't pick &choose who I get. Don't give customers attitude that is somewhat two faced & make customers feel like you care less even if it is a simple question. I hope, this won't happen to anyone else. Thanks. read more

I have had several packages from this post office delivered to the wrong address. Recently, I had another package delivery coming from UPS that was delivered to this post office and then shipped to my address.Once again, it was given to a neighbor, but fortunately they were honest enough return the item to the proper address. The address was completely different from my own, so I am not sure how a postal worker made the mistake, but it is worrisome to know that these kinds of mistakes are being made. The holidays are right around the corner and I am definitely going to be looking for other options for delivery, because last year none of my packages that were shipped to me through this postal office came. I had to quickly pick up the items, that I had ordered, from the stores and paid quite a bit extra in order for these gifts as well. More money than I paid for them through online purchase and I had to contact each merchandiser to get refunded money for missing purchases. The post office itself was no help. Absolute incompetence from this USPS location. The customer service is poor. I'm not at all surprised to see so many low ratings and I too would give a rating of zero stars if the option were available. read more
