I absolutely despise having to come to this USPS to be exact. There are two employees that are always there when I come in and every single time they are so rude. I don't really know who else to go to complain about this. I guess I could contact the actual store itself, but there's one lady that works there by the name of Bell and she's the only nice person that I have came in contact at this location. I watched a female postal worker literally YELL and berate an elderly man that was in front of me, God willing we are all going to be that age one day, so a little patience and compassion would go a LONG way. They are so short staffed and busy. I always feel bad for them when I come in after work, because for some people that is the only time they can make it and, which ends up being right before the post office closes. They tend to get busy right before they are about to close for that reason, and it seems like there is not enough employees to help out so it gets left to one or two. It's understandable that it can become exhausting and so I don't understand how people can be so inconsiderate, leaving 1 star because of their impatience. This store is big but sometimes very crowded. 4 counters are there but you won't always find associates behind those windows. Overall not bad but there are lot of chances of improvement. Few associates are helpful but some are least interested to help too. They have lockers facility too but I personally never used them and so can't comment on that. read more

Yikes! Horrible experience with this location. Had to file several complaints with both USPS as well as the United States Postal Inspection Service and will be filing another today after what just occurred. I have NEVER had an issue with a local mailman nor encountered such passive aggressiveness from a USPS worker. I attempted to call this location numerous times and nobody picked up. Went in today to pick up mail that was being held when it shouldn't have been (after having to track down and locate where it was at because I was not notified which location it was held at nor was I properly notified that all my mail would continue to be held until I came in) I also had to take time off of work to do this. An older employee whose name starts with a P and ends with an L (not saying the name so it is not defamation) was EXTREMELY passive aggressive and kept trying to start an argument by repeatedly stating something frivolous over and over again to get a negative response from me. To which I asked why he was saying what he was saying, as it had nothing to do with what I was asking and one could only assume it was being said to escalate an already frustrating experience and frustrated customer. He looked surprised that I called him out and then he tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. I had a look of frustration on my face to which he responded very snappily "what?" This guy needs a crash course in human decency and respect or maybe needs to find a new job because he clearly is a very unhappy individual who hides behind a facade of false self righteousness and passive aggressiveness because he can't quite act with grace and maturity. I suggest you find employees who aren't trying to pick an undeserving fight and argue with customers over nothing. This guy should be a serious concern for USPS. read more

My husband and I have been locked out of our mailbox for nearly 3 months. Our key stopped working and they never came to replace or fix it. We have tried talking to them about not being able to get into our mailbox and have received no help. They say that they emptied our box and sent it to our new home, which was not a true statement. We clearly have mail items missing such as newspapers that we always used to receive and other important documents. Every time we call it says that it is past business hours when it is an hour or more before they are supposed to close.there is no option to leave a voicemail which leaves us even more frustrated after trying to contact someone for 40 minutes. read more

It's Sunday and this post office is Open. Yes, you read it correctly people, Open on a Sunday! This branch has special holiday hours so be sure to check your location first! I walked it to "drop off" in parcel drop box when I noticed their doors were open. Only 2 people were in line and I saw one agent assisting someone at the register. But still, it was a nice surprise to get all of your holiday shipments out on time. read more

There are 9 people in line ahead of me and 1 employee working and she appears to be about 96 years old. USPS is bleeding money. This post office should be closed and the employees fired. I dropped off a lab specimen in a sealed, prepaid package and THEY LOST IT even though it had a tracking number on it. I suspect that one or more employees at this post office are deliberately discarding mail rather than processing it. We all know that postal service employment is an extension of the welfare system and this post office is a perfect example. read more

Every time I deal with the USPS they go above and beyond. They never cease to amaze. They handle I imagine such a huge volume, Contact volume I am sure they they don't get the recognition they deserve. I have had my issues not bad ones but mostly questions on how the post office works and they helped me with out question. They found my Google home mini when I incorrectly addressed it. It was my fault and they still helped me. I appreciate them. For the value they provide against other companies. For example I have to wait longer in line in an private mailbox company to be serviced. I walked in today. I was moved to the front of the line in 2 mins. That's unheared of. This is the closest post office to me, therefore it is the most convenient. I mostly come in to drop off parcels or mail for my shop and never had issues with the drop box. I've shipped out a few items from here as well and found- like most other post offices there can be quite a line once one forms. However, the service I've received here has always been kind and quick- once at the register that is. The office itself is small and slightly drab, but I'm assuming most people don't buy their shipping supplies or greeting cards from here. There is a self-service machine and 2/3 of the office are rented out PO boxes. The office takes cash and credit card. read more

I know it's all about luck in terms of timing but I was pleasantly surprised when I came here how quickly I was able to get in and out. I came in before work and Jane helped me out. I brought the forms I had printed out from trying to ship my package at the hallmark location which might have made things go faster. On March 22nd, I paid $40 to put in a request to change my mailbox key which they said would take roughly 3 and a half weeks. It's now June 27th and ever since my key was supposed to be ready to be picked up, I have spent my time and gas at least once or twice a week to drive down and see if it was ready because they said they couldn't just call me to let me know. So on attempts #7 and #8, both workers wrote a note to their supervisor about it which I never heard from. Attempt #9, I go in and the guy tells me to bring my receipt in order to refund and start the process all over again. Attempt #10, I bring in my receipt and he finally tells me that I have to come in during the weekday hours when the supervisor is in so they can process my refund. Today is my 11th visit so I can finally talk to a supervisor, and I'm excited to wait another month for my key and pay the same amount of money with zero compensation for this wild goose chase and no guarantee that I'll get my key the 2nd time around. read more

Im guessing people only write stuff when they are mad but never take the time to write the good. I had to mail out something for my girlfriend and looked at reviews for a good post office to go to. Every place I seen on yelp was 1.5 - 2.9 ish stars so that was a concern since my package was fragile. To cut it short, I went there, was helped by Brad who looked like the ginger guy from The Walking Dead and he was extremely helpful. This post office has single-handedly cost the company I work for over $2000 in stop payment fees (among other fees) due to the fact they have lost hundreds and HUNDREDS of payment checks we've mailed out. I also live in the same area as my work so my home is also serviced by this same post office. I am now being told that the mail delivery driver refuses to drop of my mail and claims that the mail box is being blocked by my neighbor who LEGALLY parks in front of his home in the street. There is NOTHING blocking the mailboxes from being accessed. It's just plain laziness on the delivery driver's part...he refuses to get his butt out of his vehicle to place the mail in the box. i ordered a swimsuit for my birthday this weekend and it was supposed to be here on 4/13. it was being shipped through UPS so when it didn't arrive i called them and they told me my package was handed off to USPS. i spent hours on the phone this morning trying to figure out where exactly my package is so i can pick it up bc i am having a pool party tonight and tomorrow night and the lady i spoke to from USPS corporate told me to call this location and set up a pickup. i have been trying to get through since 8:30 this morning and it keeps telling me the line is busy. it has been hours of the line being busy every 5 minutes that i call. after reading other reviews from here it sounds like this location hits the talk button on their phones so when people try to call, the call will not come through. whoever is in charge of this location needs to speak to their employees and fix this issue. this is a united states federal independent agency and y'all need to act like it. read more

They told me to wait for a supervisor, I waited and waited and never got to talk to a supervisor. Called customer service and waited on hold for over an hour. A post office is a strange place to rate, but I'm hoping that whomever manages this location will see this and do something about an employee with whom my husband had a very poor experience with today around 11 am. I sent him to drop off a couple packages for me, but I had run out of envelopes at home, so he needed to pack the items and then attach the prepaid label to the front himself. When he arrived, he was confused which boxes/envelopes could be used for the type of shipping he was using so he asked an employee. Well, this heavy set employee around 60 years old maybe was very rude to him. She told him the ones he was trying to use were incorrect and stated he needed to use a different color since it coordinates with the type of shipping. Totally understandable. When he asked about another box, she said that it was correct "but good luck getting your items to fit." She had so much attitude and there weren't any other sizes out for him to use. So he kindly asked if she had any more of the bigger envelopes in the back for him. She said she didn't know and then walked away... that's it. No offer to help. Didn't check for him. He had to go to the counter line and ask the gentleman there to look. He was very helpful and gave my husband the envelopes he needed in about 30 seconds. All of this took way longer than it needed to because of that employee and my husband was late for work today. I hope management does something about that employee because she needs to know that is NOT how you help/treat others. read more
