I will add my review to what appears to be a long list of negatives. I have tracking info on a package that was "delivered" on 9/2/2016. There was no key in my box at the pod to open the large package box. When I spoke with the carrier on 9/5/2016, he stated that it was delivered by his substitute (wrong). I have now been to the local office 4 times, twice I have spoken with the Postmaster, Carnel, who is basically worthless to help. All he does is offer apologies to get me to go away. This is $127 worth of goods that I do not have because the carrier, not the substitute put the key in the wrong box and no one has come forward stating that MY package was misdelivered. This office is a total disgrace considering it was named in honor of a fallen hero in our military. read more

****UPDATE**** After going to CVS and getting my passport picture taken; I went back to the post office during their "scheduled" passport hours (remember; when I called previously they told me they are open M,T,W,F, 9:00-1:00) and when I arrive at 10:15 am i find that the passport office at the post office is closed and the worker at the front desk informed me that they are NOW only open M,T,W. Mind you, I went last Friday and they were open so, this change was in a matter of a week. There was no, "I am sorry we misinformed you", or "I apologize for the inconvenience this sudden change in hours might have caused you"... NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I went to the Passport office on Airport Road and I highly recommend going to that location over a post office any day! What took me two attempts at the post office a 1/2 mile down the road from my house, took me 10 minutes at the Airport Road location. They were friendly, quick, and efficient, most importantly they were open when they said they were. Do not waist your time going to this post office and attempting to get a passport at any other location!!!! additionally, there were other people at the Airport Road location who had come from this worthless post office as well and apparently the Pflugerville Post Office is known for opening and closing their passport office whenever they feel like it and changing their hours without any notice. read more

This has to be one of the worst post offices any where. They never deliver my packages right. They put the wrong mail in all the neighborhoods boxes and the mail person is so freaking rude unless she needs something from you....our mail always is a day to two extra days late. How can you charge for something that is never delivered on time or even delivered at all. Horrible service. Do something. This has been going on for the 18 years that I have lived here. Don't even try to call and make an appointment for a passport here, I called at 10:25 and was told I have to call back at 10:15 tomorrow morning to make the appointment! WTH. I bought an item online for $40.00. The company online said it shipped out from the company to the Pflugerville USPS. I know this much is true because I was tracking it. Then, when it was supposed to have arrived at my "door"... I got an email in my inbox from USPS saying that I need to come pick it up. So when I got there at USPS to pick up my package "in person" now, they told me that it was "apparently" no where to be found in the building ... Like, right after they told me to come pick it up! And then they said that they "can't track my package" from there?????? What!? So then they told me that they would tell their mail deliverer in my location to double check and "deliver it" this time. Still nothing. I called up there and nobody answers the phone. I hate it because, that package was a present, not to mention that I paid $40.00 for. And I know that doesn't sound like a lot of money to the average individual, but, during this time of Covid and shit, every little penny should matter to somebody. And, here I am, writing a damn review and it's now ... Yep, May 26. 2020. Almost three or four weeks have went by. No flippin' package. No phone call. No email in my inbox, oh yeah, except the one that says "Package Delivered"! Hah! No. Okay, my package was never delivered. And by the way, since I'm online tonight looking up their phone number to "attempt" to get somebody on the phone so I can make my "Claim" to get my money back, I happen to stumble upon some really F****D up reviews left by other severely disappointed customers. And so now I'm reading how remarkably similar all their experiences are to mine ... Coincidence, I think not. I think the God D**N Pflugerville Post Office better seriously get their shit together. I don't even know why they're in business. Please, if you also have a bad experience with them, please do leave your comments online. Because it helps let people know that they are not alone and the only one experiencing this bull S**t. And also, because I'm pretty sure that somebody with enough power is going to come along and use all of this evidence to finally convict them for just taking our money and not doing their F*****G jobs. No this is not just a pissed off person. This really did happen to me and it's happening to countless individuals like ourselves. So please, say something to somebody if you have the authority to take action for the helpless victims of the Pflugerville Post Office. Ohhh my gawww! Empty the parcel slot!!!! I have to drop off packages 2 to 3 times each week on my way to work, and it never fails the parcel drop is clogged and unable to be opened bc it's overflowing with packages! I'm so used to this, I've stopped trying to drop off packages in the morning bc there's a near 100% chance it's going to be clogged, so I just drop them off on my way home when the actual teller windows are open. I understand many people are shipping items and the drawer gets clogged.. but what makes me go crazy is when I have a package that needs to go out ASAP, the drawer is clogged, so I ring the bell/ knock on the blue door and I can hear people chatting, clear as day, on the other side... Ignoring the hell out of me! I GET IT! The post office is technically closed, But I can hear you right there!! If you don't want to interact with another human, fine by me, just pull the cart away from the parcel drawer so I can drop off my box! read more

It's like hit or miss with these guys- today one of my packages got misplaced, no biggie tracking said that it was at the post office. I went in right after they opened to ask about it an the guy (didn't even ask for the tracking number) asked me when it was last updated (yesterday) and told me i was too late it was returned to the sender. REALLY?!? Didn't ask my name, tracking info, address, nothing just the lazy answer of "your too late". It didn't sit right with me so I asked to speak to someone else, she was so sweet actually asked me for the information and FOUND IT at the office. I tried calling for over an hour. No one answers the phone even though there hours say they are open. I mailed a letter to my daughter on 8/15/17 should take maybe 2 days is what I was told. Still has not received 7 days later. This is the second time this happens with her mail. This place really needs to get it together. read more

Employees are very rude and I find it unacceptable that your self service kiosk has been down for 4 days and your employees have no idea when it will be up there are some that can't visit the post office from the hours of 8- 5 pm. I moved from Pflugerville in July and had mail permanently forwarded. They stopped after a month. So a package did/has not been forwarded to me. The tracking site, just stops at the post office. Why didn't they forward it? I also called the 1 800 number twice and said they sent them an email for it and they received no response. It's almost November and I still haven't heard back from the post office or received a package. So disappointed in this office. read more

I received a Text stating that a package was left in a Package Box, but no key was in my mailbox , have tried several times to contact them by phone, but no one answers. The Post Office in Pflugerville is HORRIBLE. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered early in January. The Pflugerville Post Office received the package on January 2, 2018 - today is January 22, 2018 and I still have not received my package. I went to the Post Office on Saturday to ask about the package. I gave Roberto the tracking number - he went to the back and ran the number. He told me the package was received at the post office on January 2, 2018, but he didn't know where it was. He had a very nonchalant attitude about the whole thing. I asked him worst case scenario - what will happen - he said he would issue me a 'voucher' and take it to the store where I ordered the product from and ask them to refund me. I told Roberto "They shouldn't have to. They didn't lose the package". Roberto told me that they are only human. He said they deliver millions of packages and they are only human. He said he would "discipline" the carrier. He said there was absolutely NO WAY the post office would refund me for the lost package. I expressed my dissatisfaction to him and let him know that is NOT ok. He said oh well...there's nothing he can do about it. I asked to speak with someone else. He told me I could speak to the Postmaster. I asked him when she would be in. He told me Monday at 8:00 or 9:00. I asked him if he would check to be sure and he told me that is the time she will be here. If I could select 0 stars, I would. This is horrible. There is no accountability and that sucks.
