So I did NOT feel good when I returned an $180 pair of Asics. Sure enough, Amazon is saying that they did not receive my return, and is charging me again for the item. I take full responsibility for this. My gut told me not to leave this high value item with the UPS associate (who was by herself), and I didn't listen. Now I am out $180. So I will be driving my Amazon returns to the UPS in Myrtle or Charleston. I just can't trust this place, though my interactions with the other staff members for other services (copies, paid mailings) have been great. To be fair, something else may have happened to my return once I dropped it at UPS...but the whole thing is troubling.

Second time visiting in early December to obtain copies of an email document, I discovered the document was password protected with my SSN. I asked to input my own data into her keyboard and I was refused! I do not give out my SSN and would prefer to do it myself & the response was "sorry", can't help you. Both instances of disappointment I was treated better elsewhere even though it was inconvenient for me. I will NEVER set foot inside this store ever again.

The staff/owners are always friendly and helpful. They will offer suggestions on the best and most cost effective way to send your items. They handle UPS, FedEx and USPS mailings. They also offer full service packing and boxing service which is very convenient. I have been using them since I moved into the area and have been very happy with their service. They went out of their way to help me find the least expensive way for me to ship a large pink wing chair that belonged to my parents from SC to Maine. The other places I consulted, UPS and FedEx, wanted to charge significantly more than the chair was worth (even factoring in sentimental value) and would not pack it for me. (And how, pray tell, was I supposed to pack a chair myself that was about 39" X 37" by 26"?). Well at Jerribob's they told me packing up the chair would be no problem. Bob got it out of my SUV for me, since it was way too heavy for me to lift. He also told me that if I had the chair delivered to a business, instead of a residence, it would be almost half the cost. I guess because they can just drop of the pallet. Less labor. Whahoo! How about that in a world where most people are trying to extract the maximum amount of money from you while providing the minimum amount of service?! I love Jerribob's and I hope all of you who live in the area support them. They are a great couple and really understand customer service. They absolutely deserve our business!
