I still get great service and all my packages get to their destinations without issue. The staff have all been very nice and helpful in every transaction. Some prices have increased, which does not surprise me since everything does. Note: this location is not a UPS store, they ship for the carriers but are not directly affiliated. I do my free Amazon returns at Kohl's or UPS directly. If you need mailing or shipping services, Coastal Postal is a convenient and easy provider to use.

Staff didn't seem familiar with the P-3 visa category and repeatedly insisted a work authorization card was required, even though SSA guidance indicates it isn't necessary for this visa type. This led to a lot of confusion and unnecessary stress during what should have been a straightforward process. Several interactions also felt dismissive and unhelpful, which made the experience even more difficult. Hopefully the office improves training around non-immigrant visa categories so applicants receive accurate information and a smoother experience moving forward.

The staff/owners are always friendly and helpful. They will offer suggestions on the best and most cost effective way to send your items. They handle UPS, FedEx and USPS mailings. They also offer full service packing and boxing service which is very convenient. I have been using them since I moved into the area and have been very happy with their service. They went out of their way to help me find the least expensive way for me to ship a large pink wing chair that belonged to my parents from SC to Maine. The other places I consulted, UPS and FedEx, wanted to charge significantly more than the chair was worth (even factoring in sentimental value) and would not pack it for me. (And how, pray tell, was I supposed to pack a chair myself that was about 39" X 37" by 26"?). Well at Jerribob's they told me packing up the chair would be no problem. Bob got it out of my SUV for me, since it was way too heavy for me to lift. He also told me that if I had the chair delivered to a business, instead of a residence, it would be almost half the cost. I guess because they can just drop of the pallet. Less labor. Whahoo! How about that in a world where most people are trying to extract the maximum amount of money from you while providing the minimum amount of service?! I love Jerribob's and I hope all of you who live in the area support them. They are a great couple and really understand customer service. They absolutely deserve our business!

This company is the worst. When we contracted to move our belongings from PA to SC we were given a…read morequote on cost. We were also told our belongings would take 1 to 10 days to reach our destination. When they came to pack the truck we were charged an additional cost . When we arrived 20 days after they packed our belongings we were told we miss understood it was 1 to 10 days from the time we arrived! So we had to get lodging for an additional 3 days. When the truck arrived we were charged an additional 75 dollars because it was a second floor (which we were told was included in the price) and they weren't sure the truck was going to fit in the parking lot so for every step they had to walk beyond 75 steps it was another charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TALK DIRECTLY TO A MOVING COMPANY!!!!!!!!! This company is a broker and as soon as they have your money they ghost you. Also the movers told us never pay a deposit of 50 % up front.
