They went out of their way to help me find the least expensive way for me to ship a large pink wing chair that belonged to my parents from SC to Maine. The other places I consulted, UPS and FedEx, wanted to charge significantly more than the chair was worth (even factoring in sentimental value) and would not pack it for me. (And how, pray tell, was I supposed to pack a chair myself that was about 39" X 37" by 26"?). Well at Jerribob's they told me packing up the chair would be no problem. Bob got it out of my SUV for me, since it was way too heavy for me to lift. He also told me that if I had the chair delivered to a business, instead of a residence, it would be almost half the cost. I guess because they can just drop of the pallet. Less labor. Whahoo! How about that in a world where most people are trying to extract the maximum amount of money from you while providing the minimum amount of service?! I love Jerribob's and I hope all of you who live in the area support them. They are a great couple and really understand customer service. They absolutely deserve our business!

I still get great service and all my packages get to their destinations without issue. The staff have all been very nice and helpful in every transaction. Some prices have increased, which does not surprise me since everything does. Note: this location is not a UPS store, they ship for the carriers but are not directly affiliated. I do my free Amazon returns at Kohl's or UPS directly. If you need mailing or shipping services, Coastal Postal is a convenient and easy provider to use.

Entered, and did have to wait in line for a bit, but there was 2 associates working, and the line seemed to move quickly. It is a big area and store as it has cards, all different boxes and envelopes, plus bubble wrap and small gifts if you need. Oh, and also has some computers if one needs to print anything! Associates were pleasant and it was an easy return to amazon using fed ex! Would definitely choose this option again, and do other things here!

If you don't know Office Max, it is like an Office Depot with more options, and like a Staples that sells printers, computers, office furniture, artwork, and more! We parked, walked in towards the back where the office chairs and furniture was. Actually saw alot of desks that I liked, and could have brought when I was looking for a desk back in like March/May. One even had lots of storage that came with the desk. Again, not that we were looking for desks but, if anything should have came in this place sooner! Anyways, we looked at office chairs, and they had plenty of all shapes and sizes. One good part is that they had them all out of their boxes so that we can physically sit on them.
