I keep trying to figure out why is it every time my normal carrier it's has a day or two off in a row when somebody else does is run I never get my delivery always says it's going to be here between this time and that time and doing that time ends and says by the end of the day for example yesterday they told me that I would not be receiving my package and that they would attempt to do it again today they don't even f****** stop delivering till 8:00 this was quarter to freaking 7 that I got this text message and here I am sitting around here today waiting on enough saying package in the same s***'s going on again with FedEx just be bringing me my chewy order today makes day for chewy guarantees of 1 to 3 day delivery well I ordered all this s*** Friday so yes Monday was the f****** holiday should have gotten it yesterday and still nothing so far today they've done changed it again yep I'm about the f****** blast chewy's ass too I am done with this s*** they've been screwing up more and more lately both companies read more

FedEx has gone from bad to worst. We sent a package overnight. Well the package never made it. Now we have to fight to get a refund of the money we payed for a service we did not receive. Highway robbery they should call themselves instead. Spare yourself the aggravation and use the USPO instead. If could give zero I would. The condescending approach of the cs rep was disgusting. The drivers don't follow directions of deliveries and apparently can just not deliver packages even after they fail to leave them when they're supposed to. Paying extra money for faster shipping with fedex has priced to be a waste and they don't fix their mistakes but keep the money. It's almost criminal. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

I really dislike FedEx as a whole. Shipments are always late or damaged and Customer Service is the pits. I would rather deal with UPS who is a little slower than FedEx, just for the much better customer service. read more

Horrible!!USE UPS NEVER HAVE ISSUES LIKE THIS!! had a guarenteed delivery for ny new phone which i run square on had a 8 hr drive i called they said package is expected at 4:45 i check my tra king at 5 it said it had been delivered and i look outside its not there. CHECK YOUR WEIGHT! Scales are off look at the photos I proved I weighed and measured at home as I usually do on this day I was out of ink. Took package to fedex and package costs almost $8 more. I'm very displeased with the methods of delivery!! I had some expensive jewelry delivered, and the box was just left sitting on my doorstep!!! There is an office in my apartment complex where the driver could have left the box for safekeeping instead of just leaving it out for anyone to pick up, or to be ruined in the weather.
