For example, a 65 inch TV powered up the evening of the move, suffered internal damage their claim the TV did not reflect any external damage to the screen or casing. Most often the newer tv's when dropped, would not show any outside damage,, even with its interior parts being broken. Their claim was the TV was already broken prior to the move, or why didn't I power up the TV once delivered. The movers were quick to leave and pressured me to sign the delivery receipt. They also claimed that the TV should've been boxed up rather than padded. All I heard were excuses, even with the other items that were damaged in the move.
