I joined lapels about four years, had some airsideclothes cleaned, was very satisfied with the service, have not been back in four years. I decided to to take some clothes their yesterday,have to fly back to Los Angeles, I have a family member (brother) who is in hospice, who could see the Lord any day, taking a few articles of clothes to lapels , hoping to get clothes back, as soon as possible, not knowing when I have fly back to the west coast,, the person behind the table it would take 3 days ( 3 pair of slacks), the owner was standing behind here, I'm thinking she was in training, anyway i said ok, going to my car I was thinking what if I have to leave tonight or in the morning,went back in store a minute later,saw owner,(forgot his name) he said as I waked in the store,u néd your clothing early, I was surprised he know what I wanted, he told, I can rush your Oder, I can have your clothes ready by tomorrow, I said okey, thank u very much, then he said don't worry about the rush fee. I think their customers serine is warm and friendly. I felt like I was a part of the family. The owner is the best, I felt like someone very important. Went there for shirt and pants alterations. The staff were amazing. I had my clothes back in less than a week. Definitely recommend them.

Wanted to freshen up my suit for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Went here since it is new, convenient and I had a coupon to try them out. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. She quickly processed my drop off and said it would be a couple of days. Two days later I received an email that it was done and I picked it up that afternoon. The same lady was there, she remembered me and everything went smoothly. The suit looks great, it was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable (even without coupon). Normal price is about $15 for 2 piece suit. I would use their services again. read more

I dropped my bed comforter off on 1/11/2025. I was told it would only take about one week to complete. I got it back 3 weeks later. When I went to go pick it up, my receipt said 1/18/2025. That means it was ready on the 18th and nobody called me.I called multiple times over the last couple of weeks and each time they told me it wasn't ready yet. But according to my receipt it was ready. I called yesterday to check on the status, and the lady said she would call me back, but never did. That is unacceptable and I will not be using this place again. read more

They did a good job on my silk tops and cashmere sweaters. They did not show up on delivery day so I had to pick my items up. I would recommend for work quality. read more

Showed up to drop something off and just asked to know the hours as they weren't posted anywhere on the front of the store, a female employee shows up rude and shaking her head before I can even say anything she complains and claims she can't give me a receipt to which I only wanted to know the hours incredibly rude and unprofessional. Took 2 pair of shorts to get a straight hem. 30. 00 and the one pair of shorts the hem on them was crooked. Not happy.
