July 22, 2023. Very…read moredisappointing. Went to pick up the item I had cleaned only to be told they couldn't find it. A 15 minute search finally produced the item (a tablecloth) which had neither been cleaned nor pressed. They said it would take another two days. I asked if I would still be charged and the employees said, "Of course unless you want to take it with you now." They apologized but that's it. No explanation. No discount. Two days later I was simply glad to have the tablecloth (which was needed for a business seminar exhibitor table) back in my possession.

My husband brought a tux in for cleaning today. He needs it before we fly to NY. The clerk could not guarantee it would be back 8/31 which gave us little time till our flight. She rudely asked him why he needs a suit for a wedding? My husband politely told her we are going to a black tie wedding in NYC. Her nasty response was " who's gonna be there Cuomo". No dry cleaner should ask why someone needs to have something cleaned, and throw political comments into a simple dry cleaning request. I would give this -0 stars if possible. Never going there again totally disgusted.

I just moved from out of state to Little River and took 15 casual dress shirts in for pressing. I…read morespoke to the Little River "drop off" location and they told me $2.10 a shirt and to take them to their main facility. Got there and they were closed. Hours changed due to COVID but they didn't tell me even after I told them I would get here after 5pm. So the next day, when I dropped off the shirts, they took my info and that was it. They didn't mention pricing until I asked that the shirts will run me $2 for pressing, correct? The gentleman that took my info said oh no, it's $4 shirt because now they have to launder them due to the type of shirts. Reluctantly I left them because of my travel time and needing them pressed for work but also expecting to pay $4 a shirt for $60. A few days later, I went to pick up the shirts and the bill was over $75 ($5 a shirt). I was obviously confused since I verified the price when I dropped them off. Again, another excuse because some were Tommy B shirts and they require "special cleaning". Why didn't they look at the shirts first and tell me the correct prices? My bad for not making them do that...so buyer beware. . I will not use them nor recommend them to co workers or anyone else due to how they treated me and the fact they will not tell you how much until the work has been completed. Where I was before, they actually provide a written estimate, not here. So shame on me for being trusting and not asking for a written quote ....customers beware and go somewhere else

The clerk assured me that suits were handled carefully and hand finished. When I picked it up, it was unbelievable. There were clumps of lint all over it, lots of lint, outside and inside. The front panels of the jacket were like sheets of ribbon candy and the lapels flapped open in a curve like a giant ocean wave. I suspect the press was too hot and just toasted the suit. The clerk took it into the back to fix it, but the damage was beyond repair. They've refused to give me back my money, but that issue is not finished yet. The suit is ruined, an $800 suit turned into rubbish. It was nearly new, only worn twice.
