Horrible experience. Called them on a Saturday to have a dress steamed. They offered to pick it up on Monday. Set a driver would call me which driver never did. I called at 3 PM. The girl said the driver wouldn't be calling me until late Tuesday and the dress would be ready on Wednesday. I need it for a wedding on Friday and I'm getting nervous. Next thing you know I have Adam on the phone who's the owner Telling me? They won't pick up the dress because I'm not what he called a regular customer. They won't deliver the dress as promised because I'm not a regular customer and they really don't want any part of steaming my dress to begin with because I'm wearing it to a wedding. What? You've got to be kidding me. I got upset, understandably he didn't like the way I was talking to him so he hung up on me told me to find another cleaner. I'm suggesting anyone who's reading this. I have been using Lapels Dry Cleaning since 2014 and was always pleased. Otherwise, I would have changed dry cleaners. However, this year they've really gone done hill. My husbands shirts and suits were not done when they were supposed to be. Twice things had to be redone. This time I took in a canvas bag with leather handles to be dry cleaned. I was told it would absolutely be no problem. Wrong!! They ruined the bag! They're NO STAINS on the bag when it was dropped off. The bag is now covered in stains due to the way the dry cleaned it. The "leather guy" was supposed to handle this job. It did not happen. Beau the manager promised he'd oversee this issue personally. This did not happen!! In fact nothing was DONE. After 5 trips nothing had been done. This was the last thing my mother gave me before she died. I will no longer take anything to Lapels read more

We needed laundry done often while we were on vacation for baseball week and found another place that was further but this was closer but double the amount! For one load 12 lbs it was $39.00. We also had to go back 3 times to pick up the laundry as it wasn't folded yet. Last, they mixed up our laundry with my husbands former wife's. Thank goodness we are on good terms but that could have been bad if we weren't. They were very nice but expensive and need more or more organization in their processes. I would find somewhere else for the Landry service only. We didn't use the dry cleaning so I can't comment on that. read more

I moved here in 2016 and have used Lapels from day one. It's convenient since it's in my neighborhood. The past 4 months they have been horrible. They give you a date for pickup & it's never ready when they say. I had a wedding outfit cleaned and went back 4 times for pick up. Just recently I had one blouse and they said next day pictures class up. I went 3 days later and it wasn't ready. I will not be a returning customer. read more

Terrible place! Brought two suits to be cleaned and pressed. When the order was picked up, both suits were missing their pants which we did not know at the time. It wasn't until several months later when the suit was taken out to pack for a wedding that we found the pants missing. I had a T-shirt cut off and hemmed but not cleaned. I was charged $19 for this which I felt was to much. When dropped off I thought the cost might be $10 at most. They are expensive and I plan to find another cleaners. read more

Took pants in to be cleaned, with front crease. They came back folded in half. Left again to redo, came back same way. I could almost over look this, except for the rude man at the front counter. He needs some serious customer service training. read more
