I was told JerriBob's service would handle my items that was displaced thru my stay at Sun & Sand at Myrttle Beach. They were notified early Friday morning, & told me UPS was right there & my items would be shipped right out. I AM TALKING $32.00 LATER to use their service for 2 small items that should have cost no more than $10.00 ! For this price I would have thought this was coming in ( OVERNIGHT ) service. WRONG ! They handle USPS, FedEx and UPS mailing and shipping needs. They are so much easier than going to one if those exclusive locations. There is rarely any wait, the crew there are super friendly and helpful and will advise you as to which shipping method will be the most economical method for your needs. They also have packing services and will pack your items with care. I believe they may have a couple of other locations but am not sure. Went in the week before Christmas with 2 boxes that did not have to arrive by Christmas. Assured the lady behind the counter that there was no rush at all so send it regular mail. She said the only way it can go is fed ex at $38 each. Just short of $80 to post 2 boxes in no hurry. Of course I said no. Went down the street to the post office. 2 boxes priority less than the cost of 1 at jetibob's. AND they will deliver before Christmas. Unnecessary but doable. Never using this company again. true professionalism shows through customer service .. it is here where JerriBobs fails miserably .. I called recently inquiring why a package I mailed, thru them, to Canada, was returned to my home .. I was understandably upset and the older male (owner?) who answered told me my package was still in Miami, not at my home  .. after realizing that his rude behavior and attempt to be a bully wasn't working, he passed me to a female employee who asked for a picture of the package via email and assured me she would call the next day .. noon the following day I called and the same rude older male stated that it was her day off and I would have to wait for her to return .. I write this five days later with no call from JerriBobs .. as a business owner I would want to know where and why we failed a customer, what to do to fix this situation and how to avoid similar failures .. Mail service in this town is spotty at best thankfully these folks are much more efficient than USPS. And their mail boxes are less expensive too. They are great community members. I had knee surgery and couldn't drive for awhile and for a $pittance they brought me my mail AND!! Picked up my prescription and delivered it to me. How can you beat that. Plus they fax, copy, ship and notarize stuff. What's not to love! read more

Was honestly thinking about giving a 1-star because of how pissed I am, but at least there was an effort I guess. I went in to the design side for a print job, nothing really fancy. Just some glossy paper and 3 vinyl stickers no bigger than 12in by 16in. I told them that I had a week to pick it up and the owner (at least I assume she was, only briefly talked to her once before) told me it would be completed on Black Friday! Cool, that's exactly what I needed so I could get my Capstone final done! I get there at 3pm on Friday and was told they never started my print job and to come back before 6pm. Ok, no problem. That's a little shitty but understandable, I guess. Get back around 5:45 and was told the vinyl machine had been broken for a week so there was no possibility that I could have ever gotten my project printed to begin with! They even knew it wouldnt be fixed for another 2 weeks (Dec 13th)! My other papers (aka my Design Portfolio) was printed and I paid for them and left. I noticed some pages were a little screwed up but I was ok with it. When I got home, I realized every single one of my pages was streaky and messed up, not just a few!! No one told me the vinyl machine was broken, no one let me know that the printers were screwing up, no one told me ANYTHING. There was absolutely NO communication on their part AT ALL. This has never happened before, prior to new ownership, and I have been a loyal patron for 3 years now. I honestly wish I would have gone with a different print shop and I doubt I'll be back for a while after this... I am so disappointed in this business, not because of the shitty print job, but because there was no communication what so ever and I had multiple anxiety attacks because of this shit. read more

Wanted to send a pre paid package. I asked for a receipt so I would have some sort of proof or tracking that I dropped of the package. I was told it would cost me a dollar for the receipt. One of the best places you can go for great service and not be made to feel dumb with whatever questions you may have. When I worked as a vacation/event property manager, I found their pickup service for items left behind, to be so simple and literally taking hours of time wasted making calls and shipping items out. I simple want to say that this was the worse experience EVER!!! Have shipped many things to my son at college with this organization and have had no problems until today. The gentlemen was so rude.... It seem like he was having a bad day or had preconceive ideas about me or my character. You should not be accused of trying to send illegal items. I do not recommend their services. A document I had notarized was returned to me due to an inaccurate Notary entry. Then I sent 3 packages via Federal Express. One was lost, one was delivered a day late and one package was returned due to inaccurate signature designation (fault of employee). I paid for the extra overnight and 2-day service fees. When inquiring about a refund Jerri Bob's is making me wait until Fed-Ex refunds them. On another note the returned package is coming back via USPS and the USPS has lost it. Fed-Ex and Jerri-Bob's states it is out of their hands. This is no way to run a business. I will never use their services again. read more

great place if u need a computer to edit a file and then have it printed..... but I work in the printing industry for over 30 years and I save my file as a pdf on a jump drive they kinda were like we don't take jump drives to print from.. what printing place doesn't take a jump drive??? at the place I work at in Cleveland ohio 99% of our clients use them and I came from running 5 & 10 color Heidelberg's plus I worked in prepress in many big shops that also use PDF's to print off ...and this place in Surfside Beach is a digital shop and if u want to compete with other high tech digital shops u should be willing to accommodate. read more

Went in Jerry Bob's mail service today and was very disappointed in the owner's attitude. It was apparent the employees AND customers are not appreciated. I was with a friend and he told me he will not go back there again. He took the words out of my mouth. My friend has lived here his entire life and i have lived here for 23 years. Owner was extremely rude and today lost business from 2 locals. Unfortunately some business owners tend to forget how long winters can be around here. I had a large package to mail 800 miles. The moment I walked in the door, the girl behind the counter abrasively told me, "We can't mail that!" I wasn't even the next customer in line! I am not looking for friends at the shipping store, but a simple "Hi, how's it going? What can I help you with?" would go a long way. I asked her for a quote anyhow as that is what I went in for. The girl and two others, a man and a woman, came up with a quote of $400. The attitude the whole time was one of me putting them out of their way, daring to ask for a quote on something they've already told me is too expensive. I was completely put off. I thanked them for their time, despite their attitudes, and left. I went to FedEx, was greeted, worked with to measure and weigh my package, and mailed it out 2 day ground for $119.00. Long story short, it is probably worth shopping around. It isn't as though you would be getting exceptional service for a little bit more in price which I would pay for. I got subpar service for something way over priced and there are just too many shipping options in our area to have to go back to Jerribob's. read more
