They dont receive packages after 6pm. If you have a delivery after 6, not in your control, as none are, it gets returned to sender. How does a Shipping company not understand this makes them USELESS and is beyond ridiculous. This was not divulged when setting up my account and taking my money. I learned today, 06/30/2025, after I had 2 Amazon shipments physically locked out of shiponsite. One is now missing and one was returned to the Amazon warehouse(one package before they opened and one package after they closed, both in 1 day, today. After going to UPS and being told that to wrap and ship my item, the total would be $93.00. This was a small piece of art on flat canvas that I painted for a friend, so paying that much was way out of my budget! I then checked google, and saw that there was another shipping site that I had never been to....that was ShipOnSite! Wow, am I glad I found this place! First of all, the place is clean, and so cute, and the staff is super pleasant and helpful! They ended up wrapping and shipping my painting to my friend for $21.00!!! I couldn't BELIEVE my luck! I went in here today to mail a small package. They quoted me just under $25 for Fed Ex. When I balked and asked for cheaper price, he said the cheapest Fed Ex had was $ 23. I then inquired about UPS pricing and was told it was $ 21. I went to the UPS store right across the highway and shipped it via UPS with next day delivery for $9. So all I can say is don't go here. Horrible service! If I could give this place zero stars, I would! As a military member I needed to get a copy of my medical record scanned to a thumb drive for safe keeping. I called ahead of time and explained what I needed. The veteran owed store told me it wouldn't be a problem, but when I arrived they expected me to do the scanning. Their copy machine keep jamming and it had a hard time scanning my pictures. The owner started to assist me scanning in the pages, but I notice he wasn't putting them in the proper order and took no care in how the scans turned out. Any veteran that has ever has to deal with the VA knows just how important your medical is and would have taken the extra care to make sure my record was properly scanned. Now I'm headed to reorganize and head off to FedEx print shop for professional assistance. The worst part was they charged me the full price for a service they didn't perform and couldn't provide - I got nothing at all from them - no service, scans or copies! It's a shame, I always make an effort to use veteran owed businesses, but this store missed the mark! read more

WOW! Really loved stopping here to FEDEX my paperwork overnight! I even dropped off mail I needed to post! The owner, a retired veteran, was super and understands what quality customer service is and delivers! With the recent passing of my Parents in Pawleys Island leaving my sister and I with a very large home filled with 50 yrs + of memories and various valuable items . Franks and his team has been wonderful with their help and expertise. Since we both live out of state and one of us in LA.
