I had to ship an item to the west coast and asked for a shipping bag to place the item in. The item was in the factory box with the company logo on it. I was worried about it being opened or stolen due to the logos. I was assured it would be placed in a bag. The item was delivered to its recipient today and the UPS pic of the delivery clearly shows it was NOT placed in a shipping bag. I have not spoken to the recipient yet, but the item better not be missing or damaged. read more

I came in being new here from Az, needed something printed, also needed a UPS mailbox. There were two huge lines of people. The first representative who was at the desk couldn't understand me because he spoke a foreign language. I was getting frustrated because I had to keep repeating myself. The 2nd representative wasn't listening, I was trying to provide proof of address, he wasn't understanding, then he got frustrated & told me he was done & I can go get a mailbox elsewhere! He walked away like a child pouting in front of everyone! Then I tried to pay for the documents I printed, but another staff member told me I didn't need to pay. What a complete unprofessional disaster & what a complete joke this store is. I will be reaching out to the owner; I hope management reads these reviews so they know how customers are treated! I had to set up a location for my mail to be delivered and a gentleman by the name of Cameron helped me through the process. It was extremely professional. I've been to this UPS on several occasions. I've always experienced long lines which isn't uncommon, but also irritation for Amazon returns FROM the employees, which shouldn't be common. I have witnessed them being rude and short with other customers who are unaware how to do their Amazon returns. Surly employees (plural) may have something to do with an overall unhappy workplace and management. On this particular occasion I did go in to print out some thing. The computer printed out some thing that was on the screen next to the item that I was trying to print. Unfortunately I only have experience with Apple and not other types of computers, particularly ones with a bunch of prompts for their proprietary system. When I was charged six dollars to print out virtually a blank sheet of paper I expressed that that was frustrating and I needed help. If you're unaware, their computer charges by the time used. The manager was extremely rude. He was trying to curtly excuse me out of the store before I was able to sign out of my email account which I was trying to explain to him I don't know how to do, and he was basically calling me stupid for not understanding how this computer works cause 'it's just like any other computer'. When I asked if he was the manager he said 'yes I am' and I said 'is that why you treat customers like this because the buck stops with you?' He said 'ma'am get your stuff, you're done'. Perhaps the manager is going through something in life, but we all are. As an employee and representative for a business, that behavior should never be exhibited in that setting, let alone repeatedly as I'd seen before. I had sincerely apologized for my frustration and explained twice that I was not irritated with him, but that no one was there to help me and that I didn't mean to print the wrong thing. He snapped back 'well I apologize and now we're EVEN'. It's not like I asked for a refund or anything of the kind. I had long before decided to take my Amazon returns to Kohl's even though I personally didn't experience a whole lot of issues from that store regarding that service, just for the fact that I don't like waiting in their line or seeing them treat other people rude. But after this interaction I will no longer be going to that store whatsoever, and after other interactions I've witnessed, I'm sure I'm not and won't be the only one. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. You have been warned. To the manager... You may not be a person to take constructive criticism, but I was sincere in my apology and your response was pretty awful. You manage a store, not the customers. You were condescending and your behavior was piercingly upsetting. I do hope that you find somewhere in your heart to be open to treating people better even if they're not perfect, particularly at your place of work, as I ultimately tried to do. read more

In both occasions, I found the staff to be courteous and professional. My only criticism is that they need to have more employees working at this location, too much waiting. read more

This is my local UPS store and I removed one star for its peculiar location. It is in a tiny strip mall, but you have to follow a maze to get there. Going in and out of this location can be extremely difficult and I've seen road rage occur as well as people rudely not sharing the entrance and exit. Aside from the odd location, the employees are kind, friendly and patient. There is nothing that is not within their job description that they won't do to help you send your packages out. I love that Amazon returns can be dropped off here, as well as being able to send packages easily to my adult children in the northeast. There is nothing bad I can say at all about this store, except for its location. I do hope they move to a better lot in the future. But this UPS store is the best you can get. read more

We went to this UPS Store because we had some time sensitive tickets to mail to one of our nieces. We paid an extra $50.00 to get it there on time. They did try to deliver it and left a note saying they would be back the next day. She was to sign the paper and put it on the front door. She did that and they never came back the next day. Because of the holidays they would be closed and the tickets would be after the event. I'm not sure why the driver didn't leave the envelope there on the first day. We did not request a signature. Would I come back here? NO! For using regular mail fine, special delivery NO. GO TO FED-EX. DO NOT USE UPS. read more

Not only are the employees here extremely rude & barely ever even answer their phone, but they do not take responsibility for delivering packages to the wrong address. I live in an apartment complex & was notified of an expensive Christmas present I'd recently ordered being delivered to my door. When I checked the texted photo it was someone else's door! I called & the MANAGER immediately began shifting the blame from UPS to Amazon, telling me I needed to call THEM. I just hung up in frustration because this isn't the 1st time I've dealt with this issue, as well as my neighbor who had the EXACT same thing happen to her just the other day. It's so common that it's become ridiculous! Worthless, rude employees who make it clear they couldn't care less. After going from door to door, I finally found the door where my package had been mistakenly delivered. Guess it's true if you want something done right, even UPS delivery, you've got to do it YOURSELF. Unbelievable. read more

I have been going to this store on a fairly regular basis for over a year. Timothy and Ryan are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient even on the busiest days. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience at this store and I will go to this location, even though there are a couple other UPS Stores in the area, because I know that Tim and Ryan will provide the same high level of customer service each and every time. There are plenty of options for these services around here but I just happened to choose this one. Don't make the same mistake. Logged in to computer and couldn't get to my email in six minutes. I asked the man if I could email my document to him to print and he said yes. I signed the document and needed to scan to email back. Scanning is down. Two out of the three things I needed didn't work. I hope this helps you to not waste your time. @ Response to their response @ It doesn't matter what email I use or what my password is. You're charging by the minute on a system that may be slowed down on purpose to increase usage time. Fact of the matter is two of the three things I needed done couldn't get done. I visited this UPS store on Tuesday of this week. I needed a document notarized, copied, scanned, faxed and overnighted. The store was very busy having maximum no of people inside and people waiting outside as well. I almost felt guilty taking up so much of the gentleman's time but on the contrary he was very patient and handled my problem quickly and efficiently never once making me feel rushed or taking up too much time.
