How does a Shipping company not understand this makes them USELESS and is beyond ridiculous. This was not divulged when setting up my account and taking my money. I learned today, 06/30/2025, after I had 2 Amazon shipments physically locked out of shiponsite. One is now missing and one was returned to the Amazon warehouse(one package before they opened and one package after they closed, both in 1 day, today. First of all, the place is clean, and so cute, and the staff is super pleasant and helpful! They ended up wrapping and shipping my painting to my friend for $21.00!!! I couldn't BELIEVE my luck! They went out of their way to help me find the least expensive way for me to ship a large pink wing chair that belonged to my parents from SC to Maine. The other places I consulted, UPS and FedEx, wanted to charge significantly more than the chair was worth (even factoring in sentimental value) and would not pack it for me. (And how, pray tell, was I supposed to pack a chair myself that was about 39" X 37" by 26"?). Well at Jerribob's they told me packing up the chair would be no problem. Bob got it out of my SUV for me, since it was way too heavy for me to lift. He also told me that if I had the chair delivered to a business, instead of a residence, it would be almost half the cost. I guess because they can just drop of the pallet. Less labor. Whahoo! How about that in a world where most people are trying to extract the maximum amount of money from you while providing the minimum amount of service?! I love Jerribob's and I hope all of you who live in the area support them. They are a great couple and really understand customer service. They absolutely deserve our business!

I thought that a rattling noise came from the muffler according to Josh the noise came from the universal joints where the drive shaft is. I told Josh not to do it because if he can't get the right part then I don't want it done. He says he got the right part. I was there from 7:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night he cut my muffler he didn't put it back on or weld it back on cuz he had to cut it because he. Even though there was nothing wrong with the muffler according to Josh, he he didn't replace the muffler and he cut it in half and left it and then he put on the universal joint and it was the wrong one which he told me he had the right one I told him not to do it and he still did it. He called me names for vanity because I wouldn't leave my vehicle he wanted me to leave it. I told him I'm not leaving my vehicle with him I wanted you to call a tow man so I called the tow man he came and towed my vehicle to another mechanic's place cuz I didn't trust Josh. Not the way that guy carries himself he carries himself unprofessionally. To all you people out there don't bring your car to master mechanics in Conway it's a joke. Josh treated me real bad. Do not take your vehicle to that place because Master mechanics will destroy your truck like he did mine he left my drive shaft with the universal joint off of the vehicle he didn't wield my will he didn't weld my muffler back the way he says he was going to do because there was nothing wrong with it he left it because I didn't want to leave my vehicle with him.
