Remember there not spraying correctly the first time cost me an additional two weeks and gave the bugs a chance to multiply. No one likes bugs but I have a emotional reaction and am very anxious which she knew. I am literally sleeping with lights on So here we are standing in my condo with my kitchen in boxes. I had spent the morning cleaning so when they sprayed it would be on a clean surface so I had removed a lot of the residual. I pointed out that some had made it to my bedroom and the guy said he had not sprayed as he had not wanted to damage my clothes What??? Nope - I had to wait another week for her to be able to spray what??? (Again) But you didn't spray in there. I said well let's check the trunk cuz I'm not opening it alone and the bugs were thriving. No stickies - no bait - no suggestions as to what I might do to make the week easier on me. They just left What!?! I don't want them back. So yes I will use another company and wrapped and threw out the trunk but the lack of concern was mind boggling to me. They just left with the intention to come back 7 days later So I take back every nice thing I said about the company.
