When I got home, checked my mower to find out the technician had taken the voltage regulator off and was still at the shop. I called Mosley's and went back and picked it up with no problem. I took my mower to a different mechanic, he changed the started, put the voltage regulator back on and I had the oil changed with a new filter, so the mower is running perfect now with no issues.
