That was the start of a great experience. I worked with Robert, who asked what my objectives were. He made it clear his intention was to help me achieve my goal with my purchase. I was open to exploring a range of sets, and thought fit and feel were my most important criteria. As a novice, I wanted to find a set that offered enough quality to support my learning and enjoyment. At the same time, I felt I needed to gain more experience to benefit from the highest end products. I was willing to invest in the "right" set. Robert set me up at the simulator and captured data on how effectively I hit various clubs. He offered advice to help me improve my swing. I hit several balls with each club. The data supported my own sense of the experience--one type of club was a clear front runner. The "right" set for me, it turns out, was not at the top of the price range. The store has plenty of other items for golfers needs, with an array of shoes, balls, attire, and more. I also met a couple other ladies, shopping for shoes and other items, really friendly folk.
