I have used Hay Tire Charleston location for years and have always been satisfied BUT today things…read morechanged. I made a 9am appointment for just a tire rotation and balance. I dropped it off at 8:35am and was told they close at 1 on Saturdays and should receive a call before 1 to pick car up. At 11:30 I assumed the car was finished and they forgot to call so I just head down to pick it up I arrived and was told they never got to my car. No sorry how can we make this up just a " we ran out of tome". Why was I given an appointment for 9 am if they couldn't do a simple task. I have 3 cars that they replace tires on. I do not feel like a valued customer
