Customer service needs help. While generally the people are nice, there isn't enough people that…read more"work the desk" who can actually help you. They did repair my mower in about 2 weeks and the bill was as expected - Half of the amount was parts and the other half labor. Major complaint and one of the reasons I'll probably not go back is the cigarette smoke. It is intense. I left feeling sick and smelled like an ashtray and I was only inside for 5 min or less. If they can't keep it outside or switch to vapes, then I see no reason to subject my health to what probably amounted to me smoking 20 cigarettes in the short time I was in there. Unless you are down with going into a building with no air circulation that has been smoked in for decades, bring a respirator.

He said I did and found a cheaper way to fix the other thing and since it was apart I did this as well. I dropped another off and I told him to take his time. He did a lot of work, again I expected a much higher price, again, it was half of the price of what I thought and he did some extra work at no charge. Highly recommended.

I have done business with Driggers without issues over the years including purchasing some small…read morebut expensive outdoor power equipment. Things have changed. I had an off-brand protable generator that would not start. I changed the carburetor myself. The engine started, but it kept backfiring through the carburetor. I decided I needed some help, and I did not want to disassemble the engine myself. I took it to Driggers. I was greeted with, "We don't work on those!" I came back home. Pulled the valve cover to check for stuck valves. None found. Pulled the head to check for bent/leaking intake or exhaust valve. None found. Reassembled, adjusted valves. Problem persisted. Pulled the flywheel to look for a broken key which would affect engine timing. Not broken. Offshore manufactured spark plug had a small chip out of the tip of the insulator. Never thought that would be a problem. Found a used Champion spark plug in a toolbox that I inherited. It would fit, so I tried it. Nothing to lose since I was about to scrap the machine! Hit the key, and the engine started immediately! Ran the generator under load for an hour with no issues. Bottom line-these people were no help at all! No, I am not from San Fransico. Some default address in the system, I suppose!

During this time, they damaged several things in my phone and had to order parts to fix what they broke. Main thing being the actual camera being physically foggy and the earphone not working. After leaving many messages for the owner "KURT" to call me back, because all of the technicians there seemed to be clueless of what was happening with my phone, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM KURT THE OWNER!!! One of the techs, David, calls me today and says my phones ready. I come to pick it up, and guess what? The camera is still foggy. I'm trying to show David how it's supposed to look with a new phone I brought with me in case they still have not fixed the problem, but this guy David doesn't even look at it. They don't want to help, they just say, "It wasn't me who worked on your phone, someone else did." Then who??? Then David wants me to take my phone back....... Ummm I'm sorry what??!?? I refuse to take back my phone in that condition. At this point, I am beyond pissed. They have tested my patience... and after 3 weeks... I lost it. The owner and workers there show no empathy or respect your time. They could care less about you or your phone. I am going to take them to court. I am also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I have never been treated like this and I hope no one else has to experience this HELL they put me through. I will try my best to make sure they never fix a phone again. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH ANYTHING YET ALONE YOUR MOST IMPORTANT AND PERSONAL ASSET. They lack professionalism. They might be certified to repair phones, but they are NOT QUALIFIED!!! It's like I went to a doctor with a broken leg, and they made me blind and deaf. They shouldn't be in business, yet alone a business of repairing phones. They have been detrimental to my emotional health. I LOST MY FAITH IN PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT. Don't let this happen to you!!!
