Over time, the crews changed multiple times and service occasionally suffered. On a few occasions I had them return to fix a less than adequate mowing or edging area. This year started off with a different crew. The use of obviously unskilled labor resulted in them destroying a 30' bed of thriving liriope with a weed-whacker. Management did not take responsibility and made it seem like our fault. Last year, indiscriminate use of weed killer harmed and ultimately killed a small Japanese maple that had been growing for over 10 years. We have both discontinued use of this company. There are many companies that service this area. I'm sure there are better ones.
