He asked me to give his service a full year -- just as the other companies do -- and I'm so glad I did. Since then, my lawn has never looked better. No weeds, thick green grass -- I constantly get compliments and people asking what I do to keep it looking so good. My answer is always the same: I called Greenwize. They are dependable and professional, showing up every month on the same day (unless rain delays them), and they always send an email letting me know if a reschedule is needed. My tech, Ian, is fantastic -- always friendly, always checking in to see if there are any areas that need extra attention. He even blows off the concrete before leaving; the only sign he's been there is the Greenwize sign in the yard. After each visit, I get an email detailing what was done and instructions on watering or care for the next 72 hours. If I ever have questions, Scott responds quickly and is always willing to help.
