I get that they don't connect gas but they wouldn't even put the parts on the bottom that come with it for the gas to be connected to it. Now, I'm paying a handyman to do that for me. What a joke. I finally cancelled the whole transaction. As renters were coming soon, I went to Dew's in a panic. Thank goodness! The employees of Dew's were so helpful. I was directed to the size that would work in the condo and within a few minutes walked out with a smile. Delivery was guaranteed for a specific day and actually came and was installed that day. The shirts are not really placed on the hangers with care and the end result is wrinkled, starched shirt. I expect my shirts to be perfect ; if I have to iron them before I wear them, I can do the laundry myself. I also checked on the prices for alterations and a simple hem on a pair of pants is $9.00. I have lived on both coasts and I am used to considerably lower prices and better services. For these prices in California and the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina, I could have valet service. The place appears to be a family operation and that makes me sad, I like to support family and local businesses whenever possible. Unfortunately, I can't support this business. Against my better judgement, I decided to gove this place another chance. It was a mistake. For the price of $98.00. I received two brand new shirts back that were ruined and six pairs of pants (also brand new) that were hemmed but not pressed. I had to press the hems to make them wearable. Also, instead of calling me (they had my number) the decided that I wanted cuffs in my pants (I did not). If it were possible to give this place a lower rating, I would. I made a call to Steezy's Repair at 1:54pm on Saturday 8/1/26 and told them the pull cord on my…read moreHonda lawn mower had broken. I was trying to fix it but was having issues with the cover shroud. They told me to stop by around 2:30pm and they'd look at it. I arrived as scheduled and sure enough, there was a problem with the 3 nuts holding the shroud on. Austin said he never seen that but quickly found a way around the problem. He was able to remove the shroud and more importantly fix my broken pull cord. He reinstalled the shroud and corrected the problem that I was having with the nuts. Total time was about 20 minutes. I also learned Austin had served in the USAF and we talked about that while he worked on my problem. I realize everyone won't have a problem to fix that was as easy as mine. I greatly appreciate Austin taking the time on a Saturday to look at my mower, determine what was wrong and fix the problem in 20 minutes. You can be assured that Steezy's is now in my contacts and I will be calling him whenever I have issues in the future. I highly recommend this business for repairs and the customer service was outstanding and a very reasonable price.
