We took a basket from the front and that filled quickly! We even left some items with the front counter while we looked at all the items. My mom brought a red and blue crab wine holder, a bird, a seahorse, and more! I also found 2 cat decor that counts as christmas items for my aunt! never too early for christmas shopping! My items were $15.00, and paid with cash. Cashier was pleasant and also wrapped the items as well. Same with my mom, except hers was more money and she used a credit card. her cashier was pleasant and they also wrapped her new items and bagged it! Will be back for our decor needs!

So if you have a truck and friends to help you with your purchase to bring into your house . The prices were reasonable but a new white stove at Home Depot who doesn't charge to deliver but does charge 50 to take the old stove to the dump was around 600 . The sales person was riding on a hover board to take me to see the appliance section by the way!

My bar countertop lifted with one pull. We called multiple times, and they will not return our calls. Majid the "manager" refuses to guarantee his work and will NOT answer calls or text. We had to hire a new company who was able to correct some of their work but most of all we had to replace multiple pieces of countertops. I urge you--DO NOT BUY from COASTAL Granite.

Upon walking in, Angela greeted us, and took care of us throughout our visit. She was very pleasant, and checked on us alot too, but wasn't overwhelming at all, and let us shop around. My parents found a chair they liked for their closet. I found that pink couch which is still there, and sat in it, which was comfy. This time sat in the other chairs that we did last time, and i didn't find them all that comfortable. hmm. We were also looking at small curio cabinets for an office, and found some possible options, but didn't purchase anything. They didn't really have much small dinette options either. When we finished, we purchased the chair for the closet, and opted for the pickup option. For the purchase, we paid via credit card, and i think the cost was reasonable. I don't know if the person I communicated with is a real representation of how this company treats…read morecustomers. This could have been a random event, but still. As you can see in my screenshot, it felt like this company just wants your money, and no questions are allowed. I was genuinely shocked by the responses. The screenshot shows my second question after this person couldn't even answer the first one. All I wanted to know was how they do the installation so I could make the right decision. Instead, this person came back basically saying they didn't want to answer any technical questions, in a very rude way, plus the conspiracy theory that "I am in the industry." Apparently, asking about backsplash installation accidentally activated the Countertop Intelligence Agency. From the beginning, when I communicated with this person, I could tell they were annoyed when I asked what materials they use and what options they offer. It felt like this person just wanted to sell me something quickly. Well, that's not how it works when you're spending a few thousand dollars on countertops and backsplash. These are basic questions. I guess I'll have to put my money somewhere else. Sad, because they seem to do a good job and most people seem happy with them.
