There were other options with good ratings, but Wired was at the top of the list and, full disclosure, I was intrigued by their name. I called and spoke with Lauren. She was friendly, confident and had a "Can do" attitude. I scheduled my appointment and eagerly anticipated the install of my new light fixture and smart thermostat. I was given a window of time to expect the technician and they were on time. A text was sent with a picture of the electrician, which tells me Wired is safety conscious, and it included a brief history about them..... great talking points to break the ice. We got to meet Isaac, Robin and Justin. They were all knowledgeable and efficient. The cost for the work done was invaluable to us.
