It did take a bit to finally get my system fixed, but they stuck with me until that happened. I am always willing to share good reviews when they are earned. Long story short, Joey did the initial trouble shooting, and Kenny and Corey installed my whole new system. Now I have a properly running system in my park model to finish out the summer. I have to say, I have personally learned a lot myself about how a duel head mini-split system works while observing the process and discussing issues. Thank you to Beach Air for making it happen.

It was late we opened windows, I called Kessler Services around 1030 Sunday morning explained my AC issue told the man I could wait until Monday wife and I would be here all week the man said he maybe able to get someone by later to take a look and I gave my name and number. Wife and I were out running errands at 1200 I got a call it's the repairman was at my condo already diagnosed the problem I said go ahead and fix it. Wife and I returned home and the repairman had just finished the repairs and was testing it out, we were talking and he showed me the parts that were bad and explained how they made the system work. Everything worked great we had AC now. We were talking and I asked if he had a saw I could borrow I needed to cut my counter top for a new range, he had a hand saw but that wasn't going to do the job I needed so I said thanks I'll just go buy a saw. That's when I found out he Scott was the owner, he drove back to his shop brought me back to saws so I could cut my countertop and asked if I wanted him to help. He ran to get some lunch and returned to pick his tools back up. There aren't many company owners out there that would do this, come out on a Sunday repair your unit and then run back to the office to get tools for the homeowner to use. Our condo is nice and cold now. I am so glad I called Kesslers give them a call if your having problems with your HVAC. Tell them Tim sent you. I highly recommend them to use for your HVAC services.
