I called out for a service call to open the lock since I'm not in the area of my condo. I had guests I was renting too. They arrived, first thing is tech could hardly speak English. Said he couldn't pick the lock. Had to drill. Took him 15 min. Since my lock was destroyed, I needed another lock. He had no inventory at all. Has to go to Home Depot which is 10 min away. Little did I know that I'm being charged by the hour. The tech needed help from another tech because he was had no clue. They were there for two hours??? I've been to this store many times. It doesn't take multiple hours to get the lock I wanted. In fact, I texted the one to them so really it was a no brainer. They finally came back, installed the lock. Took them 30+ min. So here is the good part. They charged me almost 400 dollars for service call,labor in taking off the lock. It took him like 15min. Total bill was over 800.00 with the new lock etc. when I disputed these labor and service charges, they explained their business is closed and tech carried no inventory. It was 4pm. So I had to pay labor for them to spend 2+ hours in Home Depot. My guess they were having tacos somewhere. This company is a major rip-off. Stay away.

We had a boot attached to our golf cart in a beach parking lot in North Myrtle Beach. I called three locksmiths to have help with removing the boot. One returned my call, saying they could not come; the second one said that someone would call but did not. The third was My Locksmith Pro, and they were excellent. Someone called me back in less than five minutes and said he was on a job but would be there right after he finished. When "D" arrived, he was quick efficient, and thorough. He immediately got to work and was finished in less than 15 minutes. We could not have had better service.

We hired Jason to assemble a high quality aluminum pergola that we purchased online after doing…read moremuch research. Although the manufacturer indicated this was a DIY type assembly, the instructions convinced us otherwise. It was definitely a two man job and required the right tools. Jason brought a partner and did the assembly on a pretty cold day in January. They arrived on time and did a great job, including securing the pergola to an new concrete patio slab, hauling away all the packaging materials and cleaning up the job site. We are so glad we hired Jason and would definitely use him again. Jason is professional and reasonably priced and we definitely recommend him as a handyman based on our experience.

Thank God for Watershed plumbing. I had contracted another company to remove & reinstall vanities &…read moretoilets while I got floors replaced. The day they were supposed to reinstall 2 toilets and vanities, and remove one toilet, they installed one vanity and left at 1pm. I called that company at 4 and they didn't know what happened. The next day, I called Watershed at 8 am anticipating leaving a message. Mike, the owner, answered. I told him my dilemma and he said he'd be there at 8:30 am (mind you, I had had Watershed out to look a toilet that wasn't flushing right. When they came out it was fine. I spoke with Isaac about replacing the 3 toilets, hoses and valves eventually and he said "Just give us a call" and did not charge me for the investigation call!!! When I spoke to Mike, he even knew what unit and complex I was in!!! I told Mike that since they were responsive and ready to do the work, let's go ahead and do everything. Once he got the lay of the land, he told his employees what needed to be done. Isaac and his helper (I can't remember his name) got the primary vanity installed the right way and installed the new toilet. Took out the toilet so that the flooring could be finished and looked at the hall bath. They came back bright and early the next day and got everything else done!! I'm so grateful to them for making a really stressful time, less stressful. I highly recommend them!!!
