After exhausting all options, including calling the number provided on the gate, (which was not in service) calling the police, who couldn't really do anything (not their fault), and calling every number listed online, we were forced to abandon our vehicles at the dealership. Unfortunately, this was on a Saturday night, meaning we went all day Sunday without a car. We arrived early Monday morning to try and retrieve our cars (about 30 minutes before opening), and were completely ignored by the service department employees. They looked at me knocking on the door from inside, and walked away. They only came to check on me when they officially opened. So, I was banging on the door for over 30 minutes like an idiot, because the employees couldn't care enough to check on us. When they reluctantly opened the door, I told them about our situation, and they spoke to me like I was dumb, before FINALLY opening the gate, just in time for us to sit in morning rush hour traffic on 501. I cannot stress enough my displeasure, embarrassment, and disgust for this place. The employees and management do not care, and will treat you like you're a moron and an inconvenience. Suffice to say, we will not be buying any vehicles from this dealership, nor any dealerships affiliated with this one.

It's been 3 years since the original install and it looked great back then. Since then it's faded away through to the paint, I've had gouges in their product that you could peel away with your fingernail, which I brought back to have touched up once and they over sprayed my back bumper and below my back glass window. This shouldn't have happened. I've had several work trucks in the past and we used Linex without any problems and the product is rock solid. Hopefully I can get Linex sprayed over this bed liner.

When you pay over six figures for a product you expect a certain level of quality from the product and professionalism from the organization that sold it. So far I have recieved nethier. It has gotten to the point I am now looking I to SC lemon laws. OK, maybe being a bit picky, so when I contact them and say I need to replace the fireplace, not looking for any favors because, as they pointed out, when you leave with it, there's no warranty, I just wished to replace the fireplace myself and thought I could get a deal by buying from them. I got; I will get right back to you. That was a couple weeks ago and I'm pretty sure the crickets that I've heard are going to continue. If it weren't for the fact that the rv we got from them was what we were looking for I'd be regretting the purchase. We love our 5th wheel, we just hated the service and bullshit we had to go through.

The findings clearly show the service was either incomplete or never performed: Critically low oil -- no evidence of an oil change ever being done. Cracked, heat-damaged exhaust. Clogged, deteriorated fuel filter. Leak in the main water board due to a damaged fitting. The total cost to correct these issues was $688.83, which we paid out of pocket. I have photo and video documentation of each issue, along with the repair invoice. Despite these findings and repeated outreach, we have still not received any response from the General Manager. The lack of follow-up or accountability is unacceptable and will be included in my formal complaints to the BBB, South Carolina Consumer Affairs, and other consumer protection agencies.

They proceeded to try to sell me two AC units when I wanted an electrician which they never provided. Total ripoff. Now, they continue to send me mailings for their crappy services. I have called five times to get removed without success. Do not use them. They are horrible.
