I called a week later and they said that the part was back ordered and I would probably be in the following Monday or Tuesday called again a week later was told the same thing. so for three weeks, we went roundabout, this whole thing waiting for the part to come in. I finally called and got upset with them and the gentleman that we spoke with said he would have it sent from another dealership and our part would be there on Tuesday. A gentleman name James called us on Tuesday and said our key was in, in a voicemail and that we had to call and schedule an appointment to get it programmed to our truck. So our appointment was set up for that Friday (September 4th) my husband showed up at the appointment to have the key fob programmed and was told that the key was given to somebody else. When I called and spoke with James, he said the part had set on his desk and nobody had showed up to get it(even though we were told by him we had to make an appointment) so he gave it to one of their whole sellers because they needed it. Even though we have waited a month and paid for the part it was given to somebody else. I called and asked to speak with the general manager was sent to a voicemail that was full left my name and phone number to have a call back from the general manager and we still have yet to receive a call. We have bought multiple cars from your dealership and I am appalled at the service that we have received. My question is, is this how you treat everybody? We have referred friends and family to you guys because we assumed it was always going to be amazing service. But that ends. They told my husband that they were going to get a key fob from another dealership on Friday and bring him back in the afternoon to have it done. When I called to get a status, I was told that the dealership didn't have one and that they were hoping that one would arrive on their parts truck on Friday and they would give us a call. Received a call back from James who apologized and said that the part "should be in on Tuesday" I have heard this for a month that it should be on on Tuesday so we will see. I asked why would they call and say our parts paid for pay was there and give it away? He said I hoped one would come in. why didn't that wholesaler have to wait? Instead they were given a purchased item (theft in my eyes) 10/10 Will not recommend the dealership ever again. If I could give a zero star that is what they would get!!

It's been 3 years since the original install and it looked great back then. Since then it's faded away through to the paint, I've had gouges in their product that you could peel away with your fingernail, which I brought back to have touched up once and they over sprayed my back bumper and below my back glass window. This shouldn't have happened. I've had several work trucks in the past and we used Linex without any problems and the product is rock solid. Hopefully I can get Linex sprayed over this bed liner.

They included two follow up maintenance calls valued at $75 each. They should have just taken the money off the bill at the time because these visits were worthless. After each of these calls, they made suggestions as to how I could spend more money with them and did not perform any maintenance at all. I contacted them and all they did was to continue sending me boilerplate emails recommending I buy more of their "services". They are unresponsive and they do not do what they say they will do. BTW, I worked for Honeywell for years doing commercial HVAC maintenance and these guys may not be scammers, but they are acting like scammers in my opinion.
