We purchased a 2019 5th wheel and realized it was used and leather would have issues, and components may be tired, but when you ask how the fireplace works and they skip by it and say good, but the remote is not available at the moment when what they mean is, "NO, it doesn't work, that tends to irk me. Then there's the issue that the large slide doesn't go out all the way, or the fact that on delivery they forgot to put the electric cord in the camper so I had to ask for it and wait 20 minutes while they played tag as to who was at fault. OK, maybe being a bit picky, so when I contact them and say I need to replace the fireplace, not looking for any favors because, as they pointed out, when you leave with it, there's no warranty, I just wished to replace the fireplace myself and thought I could get a deal by buying from them. I got; I will get right back to you. That was a couple weeks ago and I'm pretty sure the crickets that I've heard are going to continue. If it weren't for the fact that the rv we got from them was what we were looking for I'd be regretting the purchase. We love our 5th wheel, we just hated the service and bullshit we had to go through.

The findings clearly show the service was either incomplete or never performed: Critically low oil -- no evidence of an oil change ever being done. Cracked, heat-damaged exhaust. Clogged, deteriorated fuel filter. Leak in the main water board due to a damaged fitting. The total cost to correct these issues was $688.83, which we paid out of pocket. I have photo and video documentation of each issue, along with the repair invoice. Despite these findings and repeated outreach, we have still not received any response from the General Manager. The lack of follow-up or accountability is unacceptable and will be included in my formal complaints to the BBB, South Carolina Consumer Affairs, and other consumer protection agencies.

They told me that it was returned because the original buyer had a death in the family. Since I got the RV home, the electrical system has been a problem the entire time with the inverter, alternator to charge the battery, and overall battery function being inoperable most of the time I took the van to Blue Compass RV to get work done under the warranty I purchased and they said they needed parts shipped from the manufacturer and had to wait for Jayco to approve. Then when the part finally arrived nearly 2 months after I first took it in, they are telling me there's a problem with the water system and that it had Frese damaged the damaged other parts I have not been able to use the van at all and now face thousands in repairs that they say are not covered under warranty. I am not sure if the problem is Blue Compass or Jayco but avoid the Jayco Terrain/Entegra Launch at all cost. Poor support, poor quality and a financial drain.

A roof leak was found and they promised to store the van indoors and keep it plugged in -- but when we arrived, the van was completely dead, not plugged in, with mud and mouse droppings inside. The technician admitted they had jumped it earlier but never told anyone. The manager blamed a "bad alternator" and refused to take responsibility or reimburse our mobile mechanic. The mechanic confirmed all batteries and the alternator were fine -- the problem was simple neglect. Total lack of professionalism and accountability. Think twice before trusting them with your RV.

She Is The Absolute Worst With Service Etiquette, Motorhome Knowledge, Customer Service And An Extremely Poor Representation Of Everyone Else At This Facility That Are Very Much On Top Of Things. Jamie Rosicki Took EVERY Measure To Run Me Away From Having My Motorhome Serviced Here. . I Chose This Facility Due To It Being Family Owned. There Are Several Other Bigger RV Places On The Same Road That I Could Have Chosen To Service My Motorhome. However, My Extended Warranty Listed Campers Inn As Accepting My Warranty And They Could Get Me In Right Away, Thus I Happily Chose Them. . I Called Campers Inn In Advance To Verify Location, Hours And Appointment Time. I Spoke With Service Technician Keith. He Was Great!! Very Informative And Happy To Setup Servicing My Motorhome. Unfortunately, Keith Was Not The Service Technician That Checked My Motorhome In. . In Short, My RV Had A Simple Problem With The Water Pump And Needed To Be Replaced. After Speaking With Service Manager Christian In Reference To The Poor, Inept And Lack Of Service I Was Receiving From Jamie Rosicki, He Took Over And Swiftly Got Me Rolling. Christian Even Searched And Found The Water Pump At Their Other Location Nearby And It Arrived Within 20 minutes or so. Bernie Replaced The Water Pump And I Was On My Way!! . Jamie Rosicki Originally Quoted Me The Wrong Part To Be Replaced And Informed Me That My Motorhome Would 'Probably' Be Ready The Next Day In The Afternoon. If I Had Not Demanded To Go To My Motorhome And Speak With Technician Directly, I Would Have Had To Get A Hotel Room To Spend The Night, Wait For An INCORRECT Part For No Good Reason, Only To Later Find Out A Correct Part Was Right Down The Street At Their Other Location. . I would definitely recommend campers inn to anyone looking to purchase a camper.

There's a reason why this place has a 2.3 Star rating as of this writing…read more The company internet sales was super responsive to make the sale but after that, that's where it went off the rails. The lack of communication and lack of internal systems / processes that usually exist in other organizations to make things easier for the customer, do not exist here. I have text and email threads of the redundant asking for information, me having to ping them for a delivery date, etc. From Suzie Stephenson (ISD), Eric Romero, Shane and Zach, the miscommunication or lack of has been seriously disappointing. All I wanted added to the TT was a second battery, an inverter, and backup camera. It took me having to reach out to find out today that the inverter would not make it to their store for 2 more weeks. As of this writing, I sent an email earlier today to cancel my order and requested a refund. Still no response. I've also sent an email to Winnebago to advise them of this retailer's lack of customer service. Maybe this review will prompt them to respond. I should have checked the reviews before doing business with them. I highly recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of other businesses providing better customer service.

I had never had to replace the valve before, so I wanted to have Camper's Inn do it for peace of mind. Brandon who was my contact was terrific. He managed to help make sure the situation could not only be fixed, but that included clearing up the fact that I wanted to wait for the repair to be done and not leave the trailer with them. He managed to secure a technician- Russ, who was very customer centered and very proficient at his job. He was wonderful. I would definitely deal with both Russ and Brandon again. Now for the not so good items. The bill and their OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS. First their labor rate is $169/hour to repair a towable trailer. My auto mechanic who has undergone much deeper and more involved training/certification charges about $115/hr, so $169 is a bit high. Next, was the charge for the part. They charged me $75 for the plastic valve that can be bought for $15. I understand in the auto industry, that OEM parts are a little bit more than aftermarket parts, but usually they are simply 50% more, not 500%. So for a repair that took about 30 minutes I expected to pay about $120 ($80-90 for labor and $20-40 for the part) instead I was given a bill for $275- Outrageous!!!!! For that the 5 stars of customer service and technicians becomes a 2.5 stars due to the price gouging.

For a young couple whom 1 of us is handicapped it was incredibly stressful! What was supposed to be an amazing journey became an absolute nightmare. RV was under full warranty so we thought they would honor us & take care of us. They forced me to go thru our insurance & I was baffled by not only that but also how it took 2+ months to complete repairs. While we were grateful we were able to stay there w/ hook-ups we were directly on a highway so not ideal & we were stuck since we live full-time in RV it put a huge wrench in our travel plans & cost us a lot of money in a state we have no family or friends. Justin & Bryce the tech treated us w/ courtesy & respect & did good work but that's the best they've got going for them. Then after 2+months when repairs were thought we'd finally be on our way & nope we got hit w/ another tornado our truck broke down & I had a medical emergency so wound up in the hospital for a few days. To thank us for our loyal business they threatened to tow our vehicles. We felt totally helpless. We had our backs up against a wall like we were being raped from every which way. The worst part is for a fully disabled handicapped guy he had to handle a lot of things by himself in which he was injured in the process & to watch the love of my life struggle & get hurt trying to impress me was heartbreaking. He NEVER should've been securing things in order to bring it to camping world when they have remote techs that could've been sent out. An amputee should NEVER be up on a ladder doing what they should've done. Don't do business w/ camping world unless you have no time frame & endless $$$. So much for a warranty & doing right by your customers. We'd only had the RV for a few months.
